The people are nice but honestly I would do business with literally any other company if I had the option. It’s unfortunate that telecom companies have a monopoly on their service and can therefore provide inferior service whilst still making massive profits. The world would be a better place without greedy companies like these

It's about the company as a whole. I finally cancelled my service and added internet with Verizon (way cheaper btw) and got you tube Tv ( again cheaper) no added fees. I returned everything as directed by spectrum and I get a connections call for $97 which btw who goes to connection for that amount!!!! They started I never returned Obed piece of equipment. I know what I had and I retiene al they gave me. So I called spectrum and they said maybe it was the chip inside the equipment. Hello!!!! There is no way I can take their equipment apart for a $97 dollar chip that's probably outdated and serves no purpose for me. Now there's a 10 day investigation. I can't believe how spectrum over charges and continues even 7 months after I have left their service!!! I am going to tell everyone so that they could leave spectrum.

Spectrum has one of the worse service, rates are so high, charge $10 each for cable box in your house per TV's. And will not reduce the cost. . New repair guys com3 out and do not know how to fix your cable or tv. They suggest calling geek squad. After they have been here for a hour, must not train their guys enough. Never a good customer service discount, phone staff very rude too. One of the worst cable company in greater Los Angeles.

I thought the person who set up my new account over the phone was competent & knew what she was doing. She was quite pleasant! However, I was shocked with the price!! I have same package in Palm Desert, & price is less than 1/3 of what I will be paying in Glendale . I know we are getting bulk rate at a senior living community....but still, it is shocking.

Wow just wow. I had to go back because I was overcharged and this is when things went south. The manager at this location is rude and a complete asshat.The employees make empty promises and don't deliver. In my last review I gave them 4 stars and mentioned that spectrum is either good or complete shit well this location proved they are complete garbage. Worthless people!

The store is okay. There a line often, the vending machine that takes check only sorta works, and anything you're told in the store might be later called a "miscommunication" by the parent Spectrum organization. Honestly. After years of getting incessant spam, advertisements, struggling to use their broken app, and having them claim payments aren't due just to be later charged has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I've actually explored just getting a mobile hotspot for my home since I only had internet and don't use it often anyway.So I guess, I should thank Spectrum for being horrible to work with and get service from and pay, I'll save about $40/ month now.Update to respond to the Spectrum Reply:I had tweeted to Spectrum days prior to this. The result was being told that they are "sorry for the misinformation you received" and that ultimately they would not help me.

Before you there, I would highly suggest you read this. I wanted to get their tv service program, so I went to the store and got a plan that was about $25 a month. I was told there were no hidden fees and and no additional tax. Once I got my bill, the total was about $110. I went to the store and they said that it did intact have tax. The guy who I got the program from denied my argument and said that he made me aware of the tax. This is one of the many altercations that I’ve had with this store. Another reason why I would not Recommend this is due to the fact that they have poor customer service, false advertisements, and the staff there are extremely rude. They also raise my bill for things I did not purchase and I’ve always had to make an argument to set things straight. I’d recommend Verizon instead. They have fast work, good customer service, and no hidden tax or fees.

SPECTRUM is on the first floor. When you walk in make sure you sign in (AT computer front of store)for your reservation. They will call your name and your name is listed on a monitor to the right. Sit down get comfortable.

The Spectrum store at the Glendale Galleria is a very nice clean store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I went with a friend to grab a internet cell phone promotion. On the surface it looks like a great deal. I've heard pros and cons of Spectrums cell service. I'll keep you posted...
