Good Prices. Poor Customer service, often long lines at checkout. Not enough cashiers, if you don't mind waiting. All and all adequate but nothing more.

A supervisor named agavni was yelling at one of the employees across the store to open a register meanwhile she was standing around doing nothing and using her phone. This is the second time I've seen this woman be disrespectful to employees and forcing other employees to open a register when she could've done it herself. I mean after all if you're standing around doing nothing then I'm sure you can open up.

Smart & Final Extra has always been a store I can depend on purchasing fresh produce, poultry, meats, etc! This location has been convenient because it is close to where we live. So we have tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. My issue is the fact that we have gotten rotten dairy. These salad mixes look fresh, but once you open them up and pour them into a bowl there are pieces that are rotten. The worst thing that has happened on two separate occasions (today being the second time) is we purchased ground turkey that is rotten. The label wasn't expired, but the smell is awful. The last thing any of us need is food poisoning. The employees don't care. You can tell when letting them know the severity of the situation and they really could care less. This is not okay. I am so disappointed and disgusted at this point. I am seriously considering contacting California Department of Public Health.
