I've been going to this Smart n Final for over 10 years. I was there 7.10.24 at 10am checking out with Lisa. WOW! So dry, no smile. No facial expression and not even a "Good morning ". I'm in client service and no matter how much I hate my job, I will never show it. Lisa reflects on the whole store at that moment because she is the Smart n Final representative and the last person we see n remember leaving the store. Now to be fair... the store is organized, clean and full of other employees who are friendly and at least showing the want to assist. All the products are fresh and large selection to choose. Love the store, but if I need to take my time to isolate Lisa, she must of really left me a great impression. She was going on her break after taking care of me, maybe she really needed one.

Good location, lots of parking, clean restrooms, has most of everything groceries, drinks, food, snack, cleaning stuff, surprised they even have PeptoBismol. Iol

Everytime I try to use my app in Smart and Final it tells me the password is wrong. I have reset it, used it, asked my phone to save it and then the next time I have the same problem. I never have problems with the Ralphs or Vons app so I guess I will just shop there from now on.

I come to Smart & Final to buy flour mostly. They carry the organic Bobs Red Mill flour for a great price. I bake sourdough breads and lot of cookies every week. I also love getting disposable plates, cups and utensils from here. They have a variety of to go boxes, containers to store food in and much more. Lots of fresh produce, bakery items and more. Produce prices are a bit higher than other stores in my opinion. I only get what's on sale from the produce department.

Cristal is doing great job, very professional customer service with knowledgeable, she helped me download creat my online profile to apply digital coupon at the very last minutes before store closing. I guess she is a manager otherwise she is definitely worth to be a manager or higher. I really appreciate for her efforts by helping me. Thank you

I like this location but the checkout is always slow. Not once or twice, but every time I come here there is always a cashier who needs an override or has issues with the customer in front thus holding up the line. Funny it always happens whenever I stand in the shortest line lol. There are also only a few lanes open and the lines can get long. It's really inconvenient. Maybe implement a self-checkout or get more lanes open.

Great stop for a not so large fridge, if you're single, or a small family. Beats the Costco lines anyway however, lacks their awesome hotdog special, pizza, churros, chicken bakes, sundaes, etc. lol

Liliana is very unpleasant, her co workers asked her for help with opening registers and she said she couldn't and walked away with a rough demeanor. Other that having to see that the place is clean and organized , prices are great and parking is easy to get in and out.
