Young male with short, Curly hair is rude and liar! We drove to this location from another shoe Palace because after we called & specifically asked for a shoe, “ Run Star Hike High top,” he said they have the shoe. We asked if on sale like the other SP & he said, “yeah, it’s $65.” Mind you the shoe I’m looking for is on sale for $65 at the SP I just left; so I’m like YES! I found the shoe in my size. Get here, wrong shoe brought to me, I say that’s not it. He proceeds to make up a discussion that never was discussed. I tell him that’s not what was said and instead of him saying, “ I can call another shoe palace,” “ my apologies for the inconvenience” or misunderstanding, he rudely says “ Well we don’t have it!” Nice to know, AFTER wasting electricity and time to get there for a shoe we specifically asked for and was told they have in my size. Needs better training or something. 5 stars for the 2 gentleman at the door(I’m assuming managers cause they gave great vibes)

Rude adolescents selling expensive shoesguy with long curly hair was rude.I love how places hire all these young kids, who are trendy but have zero manners, or work ethic.they did not have size my daughters size so apparently a shared experience on here.they take the other shoe for fear you’ll take it I guess?

My fiancé and I were there yesterday and he had picked out a few items he was excited about. We live 4 hours away, and are unable to go back for an exchange or refund on the multiple items that were on the wrong labels hangers. When only 1 out of 4 items is actually the correct size from what we saw on the hanger and the entire time we are actually in the store all of the employees were occupied with socializing with themselves. I get maybe we should’ve double checked, but I think it’s pretty reasonable to expect the sizes to correlate at least the majority of the time. It’s just upsetting.

Horrible customer service, bunch of children standing around with terrible attitude. Dissatisfied and ended up returning the item I bought 10 minutes after due to price being much cheaper on adidas website. Idk just disappointed from this location

Horrible customer service. Lazy. Rude. Dismissive and short answers. Was here today at 7:00pm and we chose not to buy shoes because the service sucks. Like cmon you guys have so many bad reviews now that I looked it over, when is management gonna get the hint ?

*READ ENTIRELY, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR* So I called in to check if they had the New Balance 9060's in black & white in stock and I was told they did. Within minutes of walking in, I was greeted and helped immediately.Unfortunately, the representative misheard the color of the shoe I was looking for because when I went in, they didn't have the shoe on display. I was told they didn't have the shoe, which bummed me out. After talking to Luis --the store manager -- for a few minutes, he was determined to help me find the shoe. They had the shoe in stock but it was not in the size I was looking for. Not only did he check their stock, but he went above and beyond to help me find another location that did have it. While I didn't know how the shoes ran in sizing, I tried on the smaller size of the shoe I was looking for, and they fit like a glove!While determining whether or not I should go to another location to pick up a bigger side, a female associate talked to me and gave me her input of what I should do. She was very helpful and kind! Altogether, I had a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Wanted to give this place a great review since an employee there, Emin, went above and beyond to help us find the best shoes. He spent over 30 minutes getting us different sizes, different colors and he did it with a positive attitude and genuinely wanted to help us. We love the shoes we got and will come back here next time. Thank you!!

Just went wanted to buy shoes for my kids. I was there for a good 10min and no one asked if we needed help and yes they were busy so I approached a employee by the register and asked her for the size and she said she would go get it. She then started talking to other employees and went to the back I was thinking oh she’s getting the shoes. I was wrong she continued talking to other employees then went back to the back room and came back out to keep talking then she walked next to me and my kids and ignored us. Like she got amnesia or something. Very rude. So we decided to leave. Bad experience at this store. And I’m not one to give these kinda reviews but this was just annoying.

My younger brother (14) spent a few months saving up for some Jordan's so I took him here earlier today to buy some. He was very excited and happy to be there. The young woman who helped us gave us nothing but attitude and judgement. I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was, my brother just wanted to buy himself some shoes.
