So this is the third time that this store is stealing money from the gas pump and the lottery machine from me, today 26th March at 6:20pm i filled gas in my car tank and i went in to play a scratcher So i put in a 20$ bill and played one 10$ and wanted to play the second one it asked me to insert money, the same thing happens nearly 3 months ago and i put in a 20$ and it did not allow me to play and said insert money , few months ago wanted to put gas in my car and i used my credit card and tried to put the gas but i couldnt it said pay inside, so i paid inside by cash then next day i realized that money was deducted from this gas station for 30$ from my credit card , every time that this happened i asked the worker inside but all they say i dont know call the manager when i call the number. The store phone rings, today the femlae that was working inside i told her that my 10$ is gone inside the lottery machine plaese open and fix she rudly said no call the manager which i know is the store number, at the end also she asked me to get out of the store, so i called the glendale police to come and talk to them to call the manager but they couldn’t help me only took the store information and asked me to file a complaint at the better business bureau for all that happened in this few months, so i am filing a complaint at the bureau for stealing my money and not taking any responsibility. I will not stop this till i get my money back, i will make sure i will get a result .

No stars for this place!! Went on February 14 around 7-8 customer service was horrible! Was a Mexican lady on her AirPods I needed to us the ladies restroom and she didn't give me the keys because she said there was one set and someone was already in one stall, I waited and waited this person wouldn't come out while this lady was talking on her AirPods knowing I needed to use the restroom after several minutes she gives me another set of keys and I asked I thought u said there wasn't another key!! People like her shouldn't be hired rudest service ever!

This place isn't 24 H... The person works at night he or she they are always hiding or they are sleeping I was waiting for 5 minutes at the window knocking no response and I can see someone is there setting on the chair.

The older guy in there is racist and will ask for cash instead of credit card if you are brown. I even showed him my ID and he said sorry sir policy. I was buying gift cards for my family members for the holiday. Of course I understand all of scam currently going on with gift cards but that doesn’t justify how this racist man treated me. He literally went to the back then came out saying sorry cash only. Like was he not sure? Did he have to go check in the back if I was brown enough for him to demand cash.

I tried using this shell gas station and the headache. Their pump wasnt working and I don't know if the worker even knew how to operate it. The worker came to the pump looked at it and did nothing. I asked if they move my payment to another pump and they looked at me confused. I asked for a refund since we couldn't get this handled. This is my experience so that it as you will.

Two workers at this store are really rude, a male and a female with glasses, even though they dont say hi and we say hi they dont even reply back specifically the evening male worker, if he gets a chance he will beat customers, he is so annoyed. they dont even look at your face , it seems they are frustrated of working anything you ask them either they shake their heads no reply or its not my business or department, i just dont know how they got hired there, i will definitely follow up with higher authorities, even when you put your debit card and it gets stuck in the pump and it stops working they say not my problem or business they really need to get fired, either they work free or with a minimum wage that they are rude and still working there . If i was the owner they were fired long ago.

Lady that works there evening shifts short with brown hair needs to be fired, rude attitude, doesn’t listen customers, says it’s not her business when you are trying politely to ask about something , without event listening. very very bad customer service and also allowed herself to record customers when she is the one who is rude and very stupid. I will find a way to the management of the place and she will be treated back the way she treats customers.
