While our belongings arrived safely and intact, the experience was definitely overshadowed by the lead packer’s attitude. He was unprofessional, rude, and made the start of our move quite stressful and frustrating.
Thankfully, the two helpers were professional and efficient, which helped smooth things out in the end.”
“Jose made everything seamless and easy for moving in and out! For my circumstances, this storage facility was affordable and convenient. I am so, so grateful to have picked this facility over other options.
There's a freight elevator for various floors, and accessible flatbeds/dollies for transporting your belongings from the dock to your unit. There's a restroom onsite and they have a complimentary water cooler for renters.
The building is old, and there are older storage units and newer ones, so do ask for a tour to see the units and for what works best for you and your needs.

I had a great experience. I called 5 minutes before arriving at the Uhaul and upon arrival, Avi had pulled my details already and was ready to go. He was very on it and got me into the van quickly and efficiently.
I got to drive one of their brand new vans too. Like 68mil on the odo. All other staff were polite and professional too.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Extra Space Storage in Glendale! The entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.
I was able to reserve my unit online easily, and I appreciated getting a follow-up call the very next day to see if I needed any assistance with selecting the right unit and completing the signup. The staff was genuinely helpful and explained everything clearly without any pressure whatsoever – they were simply there to help me make the best choice for my needs.
When I arrived at the facility, the staff took the time to show me a couple of different unit options and provided thoughtful recommendations. The signup process was remarkably fast and efficient. He even walked me through downloading and using the app to unlock both the main door and my storage unit, which is such a convenient feature!
The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was impressed to see they have a loading dock, which made moving my items in from the truck so much easier. The entire place feels secure and safe.
If you're looking for a storage facility in the Glendale area, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Great service, great facility, and a truly hassle-free experience from beginning to end!”
