Ask for Steven, he is the best! He is genuine, friendly and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I had a great experience at Samsung store. No-pressure, and I didn't feel rushed.

Overall, Samsung service not great. I caution any buyer. I first went online because my $400 tablet won't turn on. They sent me to wrong store in LA for walk in. Then I tried using the online site for booking an appt I got errors. Finally they tell me I have to call every store on the list to find out who can take it.
I call this Glendale store, and have to leave a voicemail. I get no response after a day. Finally I call again to their sales department (the only ones who actually answer the phone), explain my problem and tell them that I'll bring it in the morning.
I get here after driving an hour out of my way and they tell me they can't even take it from me for 90 minutes. Thank fully they were faster and got my device and let me on my way.
Haven't gotten it back yet, but I'm ready to up the review somehwat if/when they resolve the issue.

UNFRIENDLY STAFF! came twice. first I bought a something online and it gave me the option to return it at this store, however when I got there they wouldn't take it cause they said online order are different syste?!?! second time I tried buyng a watch and the lady couldnt figure out how to apply trade in discount. waste of time!!!!

Do not buy or return anything from this store. Manager I believe named Cody is the most passive aggressive worker I've ever had. With a smile on his face says they won't help you and to please leave. Of course after driving 70 minutes each way to this store I was adamant that I need to be assisted. Please look at the screenshot. My return is allowed until June 19 2024 and it explicitly says take the phone back to the Samsung Experience store. I show Cody and his assistant this and they tell me sorry that's a mistake by Samsung. Please leave we cannot help you, they even attempted to call security to force me to leave. Atrocious service. I am escalating my complaint through Samsung.

Customer service wasnt the best and the people here aren't very nice or welcoming. I got my Galaxy S23 Ultra repaired here around a year ago because I had a green line going through my phone. It was faster than I thought but the issue is they ended up messing my selfie camera throughout the process so I had to bring it back. If this is their best example of good customer service from a major corporation competing with Apple, they really need to try way harder this isn't an excuse.

Sadly an Awful experience at Glendale Samsung.
I wanted to purchase online AW6 for my wife, with blue fabric strap, trading in AW2. Needed that day. Glendale Xperience noted on website as in stock, but transaction checkout then said unable to collect same day. I called Glendale experience center to confirm if they had everything in stock, explaining i wanted to trade in as per site; was told all in stock. Great.
Visited Glendale store same day (1h45 drive from Irvine; with 2 x kids; 4 y/o + 2month old baby).
Was served by Nicky. Said they can price match website GREAT!....but then hit issues and the wheels fell off...
1) sorry; unable to offer blue fabric strap and graphite 40mm AW6 non 4G... why? Because the "bundle" actually not in stock!! Said i would have to buy the blue strap additionally (+$50)!! Blue strap was in stock at the store, just unable to combo together, for some reason (not explained sufficiently).
2) then told store couldnt get the trade in coupon for our AW2, website only!!!
3)Nicky continually leant forward slouched on desk during the transaction and then proceeded to accidently drop my AW2 trade in behind desk; had to remove desk to retrieve it, scratched the watch face.
At this point i was exhausted with the experience and just wanted the watch and to get out of there. Resulted to processing order online the watch without the strap we wanted.
Told then i would need to wait around 2hr to actually receive the watch, due to internal comms between online group and store!
Left to sit in store and wait with 2 x young kids.
Asked to speak to Manager "Auscencio" to share the disjointed experience and if he can help to resolve. He told me that he would inform headoffice. I asked if he could just offer as a courtesy the bluestrap as originally requested, he said he could only offer 20% off, which I said wasn't acceptable considering the inconvenience, and then walked off to speak to another customer!
I reapproached manager and said I still wasnt happy and that I really needed him to make it right. He wasnt able to resolve, so i left.
Sarcastic " Goodbye, have a nice day" from alternative colleague on departure who had observed the complaint, horrible.
Horrible experience, i will never shop at that store again, and questions my long term dedication to Samsung products :(
It should not be this hard!
No empathy. It could have been resolved so easily.

I have always loved Samsung and my experience has been pleasant every time I come to this store. They treat me so special I always want to come back for more. The gentleman helping me I cannot recall the name but I think it was Jamari. He is great in services!
