The pharmacists are all so nice, knowledgeable, helpful and caring along with the rest of the staff. Everyone works so hard to not only give great service but also to make sure customers feel that they are cared for. It's like being apart of the family. I've been going to turn for years and recommend to all my friends and family.

Their Toyota Prius, I assume they deliver in and/or use to advertise their business, was driving like a wreckless teenager. Passed me on the right doing at least 90+mph then cut two lanes in front of a semi truck carrying a trailer on the 5 FWY south. No regard for others lives and well-being. I genuinely hate people/businesses who will risk mine any my kids lives for their own selfish reasons. The irony is they are working for a pharmacy...pathetic.Edit- the response from the Pharmacy is enough for me to raise from 1 star to 4 stars. I appreciate that responsibility is being taken.

Despite having a terrible sunburn after a full day of water activities, I hesitated to visit this store due to its ratings. However, given the late hour, I had no other options. To my pleasant surprise, the staff at the store were incredibly kind and helpful. In particular, Julie went above and beyond to assist me. I give her and the staff a big thumbs up for their excellent service.

Great pharmacy, very clean and professional staff. They are always very helpful with all my questions, they go out of their way to answer my questions. I stumbled on this establishment because the Urgent Care across the street does Covid testing but not vaccinations. I'm so pleased with how my wife and I were treated that I'm making this our goto pharmacy even though we live in Santa Clarita! Professional, kind, and compassionate service is what you can expect from Royal Pharmacy.

BEST PHARMACY EVER! Ara and all the workers are absolutely wonderful. They care so much about their customers and it shows!! Got vaccinated here today and I'm not the biggest fan of shots... but Ara made sure I was comfortable and did such a great job--It didn't hurt at all. Highly recommend this pharmacy for all your needs. Workers are passionate about what they do and are always willing to help and take time to explain and discuss any questions you may have. Will be coming back.
