Extremely argumentative staff. They will spend hours arguing with you and a holding you instead of providing you with the I formation you request from them. My mother and I have been their long term clients but I’m done with them.

We love shopping at Remedy Liquor for alcohol. Their selection is great specially on imported items from Armenia. We Love Armenian wine and cognac so what better place than Remedy. It has become our go to liquor store since they have opened. Great selection Great prices Great sales Great customer service. Lots to chose from, so many brands in one place.

This place has terrible customer service. I placed an online order for instore pick up of 6 bottles of whiskey. I received a email confirmation that the items were ready for pick up. I even called to confirm that the items were ready for pick up. I proceeded to drive 45 minutes to the store to pick up the whiskey. The employee searched for 20 minutes for the items and said that they only had one bottle and the rest were sold to someone else. He and his manager just stood there - didn't offer an apology or a solution. I had to ask "so what are my options?" before he offered to refund my items or wait until the item comes back in stock (which he had no timetable for). I explained that I drove 45 minutes because I double confirmed that my order was ready for pick up and that this was very disappointing. The manager and employee just stood there and stared at me. I asked if they could ship it to me for free because of the wasted time, they of course said no. Goes without saying, I won't be back. In addition to this, not a single employee was wearing a mask during the height of the pandemic. Go to K&L, Mission Liquors, or Hi-times for better selection, better pricing, and most importantly, better customer service.

Have made a few online orders to have shipped to me and always had a good experience with quick shipping. Great variety of liquor options at decent prices and they don't kill you on the shipping like most places. Definitely one of my go to for online orders.

Best liquor and wine shop on the area. My wife's friend visited me and asked where's a good spot to buy some rare wine and bourbon. I recommended Remedy and sure enough we were able to find all he was looking for. We bought a few bottles of bordeaux and Stagg bourbon.

They sent me the wrong vintage year of a very expensive wine and have refused to acknowledge the mistake or respond to my emails. Avoid this place unless you feel like getting ripped off.

I ordered a significant amount of items online during 2021. In my last purchase, a $25 gift set arrived with a broken item. I sent emails and called to try to get the problem addressed. Remedy did absolutely nothing, even though when I called they promised to get back to me later. If the store will not even address a small problem, you should be careful about ordering anything of value. If there is a problem with your order, good luck getting any response.

Situated in a shopping plaza. On the bottom floor. With lots of enclosed parking spots. They have a huge selection of alcohol at amazing prices. Decided to get this vodka bottle just because of the look. And the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend this place to others
