Everyone is a hater. This place rocks. It’s always open when I need oat milk at odd hours of the day. It’s also pretty. And I love the old men chain smoking outside. It’s heavenly.

Every time I set foot on the parking lot walking towards the entrance the smoking fumes are all around .this is absolutely the only Ralph that allows smokers smoke literally next to the entrances by the chairs outside. It's not a joy to shop here cuz every time I get a chest pain when I go there. Really discussing that they don't have the no smoking rule in place . This is a family neighbourhood I literally fainted when I came to this store specially tonight 20 min ago. Also 5here is a food truck that parks on central 30 feet from entrance and kids gather and the all smoke the whole vacinity if full of smoke. I will be avoiding this Ralph if this I don't see a change. I tried to call and speak to the manager but no one answers cuz no one give a damn. It no surprise . All grocery stores I know of have smoking rules in which public are not allowed to smoke near the stores.

i was there this morning after the gym to pick up some items for a meal and also see about renting a rug dr. grabbed my items and hopped in line and lovely lady helped and said she would put my items aside until i filled out the paperwork for the rental. i was sent to the customer service counter with the bagging clerk and the supervisor pulled out the rental book and proceeded to tell the bag clerk what to do. i expressed that i was short on time and gave them a 15 minute window in case they get it would take longer than that so i could decide if i had time. the supervisor (Reg) was advising the bag clerk what to do and i asked if he knew what he was doing and Reg said “yes” dismissively. he then walked away (to the set checkouts that were closed and proceeceed to fold plastic bags.
The bag clerk stood there for a good 3 minutes holding his pen not writing anything. i asked again if he knew what he was doing g and he said yes. He continues to do nothing and then asked what my zip code was (he was holding my drivers license). The bag clerk called Reg back over for help and at this point almost 10 minutes had gone by and nothing had happened so o took my license and so do didn’t have time to wait for this and went back to the checkout to pay for my things and be on my way.
Reg never once greeted me or acknowledged my presence but was quite defiant and dismissive with all his responses. as i walked out of the store i passed by him and expressed that he had no sense of customer service (he was back to folding plastic bags). he didn’t even look at me, but took a good breath and said “YEP!” and i left the store.
i only shop at this store out of convenience of time otherwise i prefer the 2 locations on foothill. They’re friendly and they greet you without exception. I work in customer service and i would never treat my customers like this. we get paid because they shop. my money might still goto the same company when i shop at another ralph’s but at least it supports people that are friendly and actually show some sense of excitement when customers come to shop with them.
A person who outright disregards a customers shopping experience is the exact opposite of what a company should want or accept as someone who would work for them let alone in a supervisor position.

Deli does not close at 8p! They close whenever they feel like between 7 and 8. This is the fourth time I've come here and they've "already closed", AGAIN! It's 7:30!!! Think I'm going to look for another boars head deli.

I want to share my gratitude for Samantha, the manager at Ralphs, who went above and beyond to help my 70-year-old dad with digital coupons. Despite not being tech-savvy, Samantha patiently assisted him and made sure he felt comfortable using the system. Her kindness and dedication to customer service truly made a difference, and we are incredibly thankful for her exceptional support. Samantha's outstanding service is a testament to the wonderful experience we had at Ralphs. Thank you, Samantha, for your exceptional assistance and for making our shopping trip memorable!

Look you'll get the groceries you need but it's not the cheapest on the market by any means. Ralphs, Safeway, Smiths (all the same just pending which state you are in) used to be somewhere you could get everything for about $20 but those days are long gone. This Ralph's is plenty clean and big enough to get what you need but it is cramped. The medicine isle is one of many jam packed with items that you need to pay attention to in order to avoid missing what it is you're looking for. The people are super nice though.

Needs better deli, fresher turnover, more light, more aisle space. Bakery is a maze. Produce improved butarea's aisles are too narrow. Wine selection is microscopic.

This location is one of the best location that I always go ! And all the employees are amazing and so helpful! Except this one employee with red hair by the name meme ! So rude and unprofessional I guess she was having a bad day today but definitely she doesn't deserve her job so disrespectful.

I came here just for the restroom. It's deep in the back of the store on the Starbucks side. It's near the stock room as you walk by the clearance section. I saw the men's room first but I'm sure the woman's isn't that far away. The men's restroom was decent. Although it was dark with one light on and trash on the floor. The toilet appeared to be clean and my feet didn't dangle off the ground. It had plenty of toilet paper but it was extremely thin as you know. The trash can was empty and not over flowing like other companies. The parking lot was packed but I managed to find a spot. I over heard employees greeting customers on my way out of the store. 12/10/23 12:25pm 73F 23C
