Great prices. Service is eh. Good luck finding someone who smiles or personable. They now have started treating everyone like criminals. The transients are always begging. If you want us to self check out… then stop hovering and touching the bags to see we scanned everything or do it your own damn selves like you’re paid to do! I get it, but damn. They put meat on clearance the last day of expire and knock a few dollars if your lucky.

I tried there sushi here at sushi bar station it was amazing the quality of sushi is like restaurant style sushi chef did amazing job would definitely recommend to try there sushi here it’s amazing

A lot of the cashiers and baggers working here are WEIRDOS. There are some weird creepy creatures working here. Our family would never shop here again. They have turned this place into Sodom and Gomorrah.

I have got everything in Ralphs.
Near to where i lived. Everything is perfect.
Except for the self check out assistance and the guard that is somehow rude and thumbs down to customer service.
For example:
I have noticed your having a hard time for self check out?
I would be happy helping you out..
But instead, the lady hot me intimidated for the words she used to tell me.
,,,Why did you...
Thats wrong...
NO.
Learning english is simple.
Never use offensive words.
Try to smile and ofer help to customer by starting maybe sir i can help you with that, pls allow me.....

I was just at this location shopping for a few dinner items and I felt so judged and honestly harassed by the Rufi the cashier. I had a few coupons I wanted to use and the self checkout prompted for the cashier to assist with the transaction. She asked for my coupons and felt the need to say that she needed to check my coupons because people are getting free stuff. I'm not sure why she felt the need to say that but I definitely don't think it's appropriate. I was using store coupons btw.

I have been a loyal customer to Ralph's all over SFV and and even there sister store Fry's over in Arizona but after what happened at my visit to this store I am finally saying so long to Kroger and their "family" of bullcrap. So, tonight on 01/14/2023 at 12:40 p.m. I approached to doors but they did NOT open but I was soon greeted my an employee who told me they are closed. So, I look at my phone, thinking how did it take me that long to drive here but it was only 12:40 and they close at 1:00 a.m. EVERYWHERE else. So, say i still have like 15 minutes and he says closed but I persist and tell him that all I need to get is milk and juice and that I will be less then 5 minutes so he turns around and talks to another female employee and then comes back and says were closed. If you can't let a customer in to grab 2 items when you have closed the store early is really messed up. Anyway, good it Ralph's and hello Albertsons.
