Difficult to make an appt,. on line, I had to call in and a live person made the appt. On the date of my appt., I was seen withing minutes after arriving. A young mother with a four year old came without an Appt..(It was 100 deegrees out side) No one was waiting in the office. The employee told her "we don't have walk ins" You have to make an appt., the lady said could I wait, he told her NO you will have a 2 hour wait. NOT TRUE. I been their without an appt. I told the guy I been here without an appt., and was seen. He said NOT ANYMORE. Due to the weather and dragging a four year old along I would of done everthing to accommodate her. This cold blooded snake should be fired!!!

I hate you cannot speak to a person by phone!! One day, I was able to call up my blood test results on my phone. Now, when I go back (because I wanted a print copy), it tells me there are no test results to be found. What gives? Worthless in being forced to do everything “on line” when it doesn’t work. Tried calling, and all you get by automation is directed to their website. I did that!! So here I sit, without being able to get a copy TODAY, yet, it tells me there are no results????

I always make appointment on line , and never had problem with waiting, my technician girl is Myra , who is very nice and professional, she’s the one who can do my special kind of blood work ,but I noticed the small guy is very cold and rude , maybe he doesn’t like being so tiny ?, and gets angry with patients?….

* I added stars to my review because, today, there was a person available for quedtions. But, I wish they would let him sit in a chair. No human being to check you in or answer questions..just a tablet. If you happen to catch a human tech, they can't confirm that they received the order from your doc. You have to wait until it's your turn. Long waits. You enter your phone number in the tablet when your register & your place in the list is listed on a digital screen on the wall. Your wait can be an hour or longer. Why don't they have an app or AI to text you updates as your place in line moves up? * I asked the tech if text updates were an option & he said no, but video says , yes, it's an option. So, I added a star.

For years have made sure I try to access my Verdugo location because it is closest to my home. What I really like is being sent my report of my tests. My doctor also gets a copy but I can familiarize myself beforehand and compare to previous visits if desired.

I am deeply irritated that Quest removed its lab from the local Von's. While going to the lab in Montrose is more glitzy, that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to drive to Montrose.

I made the appointment online and arrived a little early to sign in. I was called up promptly and was in and out with no issues. I had a tight schedule that day and was really pleased that it went so smoothly.

We are people not just computers. There is no front desk to speak with just a computer. It is so impersonal. I hope this survey is reviewed and taken seriously. Your business will do so much better with actual people working and helping the patients. The struggle is real and we need real people.

My technician missed the vein in the left arm and had to use the vein in the right arm... very annoying

Efficient and on time. If you get an online appointment, it is very convenient.

Parking: there is a large underground parking structure. Look for the cross streets at Broadview and Sparr. That will lead you to the parking structure.
If you park at a lower level in the structure, you can take the elevator up. I parked on the ground level of the structure, so I walked back out to Broadview, then to Verdugo, where the building entrance was, then took the elevator to the third floor.
Gotta know which Quests have parking lots!
Also, there is tons of street parking in the neighborhood.

The check in process was fast and easy and the phlebotomist was very good. No problems.
