Went on their site to order custom cable, selected the color of cable, ordered, they sent me the wrong color, informed me their website ordering was messed up and they wouldn't be able to get the correct cable within three weeks as they were out of stock. After some back and forth they were able to get me an equivalent cable shipped out and solved the issue with great customer service.

Got in contact about a hard to find item for international delivery. They got back to me straightaway and item arrived as described less than a week later (at a literally unbeatable price). Very happy with their service.

Pro Audio LA is my first choice when it comes to custom cabling, they always deliver the highest quality at the best price point.
