Highly don’t recommend! They will argue with you and refuse to give a receipt when sending off your packages! Seriously needs to be shutdown honestly.

Fast service and I don’t feel rushed at all! I came here to ship sensitive items for work twice. Both times they helped me gauge which shipping option to select best for my needs. Only hassle is parking but I more often than not get lucky out front. Also have a lot in the back that’s quite small. Love when their dog is in the shop!

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The guy who's at the front desk is extremely rude and told me that he has no record of a package I Returned last week. The shoes returning to Italy are $1400+ And I have absolutely no whereabouts of my package. Avoid this place. Good thing I took a photo of the package with the guy in the background for proof. Management really needs to consider firing the guy who's always there at the front desk. Zero customer service skills.

Love the service. Always super friendly and helpful. Easy and fast, which is very convenient for me. I usually have my label ready so I can't comment on pricing, but I appreciate the ease and convenience and friendly faces when I stop in.

Being generous by giving a three star rating.Pros:- close by- not as busy as other shipping/printing placesCons:- Parking is a challenge- Does not accept accounts for LiveScan, but the staffer had no idea what I was saying nor did he provide any support on how to complete- not very friendly…

I needed to send back a monitor, laptop and keyboard to my former employer in NY. I brought everything in unpackaged with the original boxes. It became quite the challenge to dissemble and fit the monitor and parts back into the shipping box. The owner and I teamed up to figure it out together. He was very patient and nice about it all. It's a smaller mom and pop business. Please support by going here if you have shipping, notary or copier needs.

I went there for Livescan fingerprinting. The employees were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend. Parking is a bit cramped in the back, and the driveway is one lane shared for both directions. Don't let that deter you though.

I arrived 10 minutes after 9am when the store is supposed to be open still standing outside the store at 9:21am and no employee is in the store if FedEx wants our business then there employees should open on time

I have been going to Postal Box & Ship for almost a year now because the company I work for has their PO Box here. Mostly I am just picking up mail and packages and occasionally dropping something off for mailing (usually with the shipping label already in place). Personally I have had then make keys for me, used their notary service, and shipped a couple of packages. The price for shipping does seem a little high but I don't mind as it means I don't have to go somewhere separate to ship my item when I'm already there for work. Customer service wise, they have always been kind and accommodating to me. I'm able to bring my dog in with me when I come get the mail and they always say hello unless they are slammed with customers. They have also pulled the mail for me the few times I have forgotten my key and helped me get heavy packages out to my car. I have observed moments of snipiness with other customers but usually when it seems that something isn't understood or there is rudeness happening both ways. I know that doesn't seem ideal but they treat their repeat customers very well and are clearly hard working people.

I've been going here for years. Great customer service! The bad reviewers don't understand that there can be a short wait in a mom & pop store with 1 worker at a time. And why should entitled j*** customer be tolerated?
