I needed to get a passport photo taken, and let me tell you, I visited four different studios in Glendale. I was almost ready to give up when I called a friend, and they immediately recommended Image Digital Lab. And you know what? The photo quality is incredible! Wow! I’m thrilled! I recently had an outstanding experience at Image Photography and Video. Their service was incredibly fast, and the pricing was very reasonable. They managed to prepare passport photos for both the US and Australia in one seamless effort, saving me time and hassle. What truly set them apart was their ability to capture photos of my infant, a task at which three other providers had previously failed. The staff were patient, professional, and highly skilled. I highly recommend Image Photography and Video for all your photography needs!

My review for this studio is long overdue. You may have seen my other review regarding another studio involving Canadian immigration. It would be an understatement to say that it is extremely difficult to find a photo studio in US that takes photographs of right dimensions and specifications for Canadian immigration. I said in my other review that I did not not know who to blame for that. I know who now - Canadian immigration!
They have made it exceedingly difficult, have unusual specifications from the rest of the world and you are not even supposed to smile - if you do, it gets rejected. My first photo at the other studio was actually good, but it was rejected for...you guessed it... unknown and uncited reasons. There are rumors that IRCC simply rejects photos to not have to admit they lost them.
Nevertheless, I took my second set of photographs at Image Photography & Video ("Image"). I had no way of knowing if this will work. However, it did this time and IRCC accepted the photos. I had told Image it was rejected before. So, they took great care it making sure it comes out right. Anyway, that deserves a five-start positive review and this happened in late 2021. I am very late in posting this review but life got busy. Better late than never. I highly recommend this studio to those looking to take photographs for immigration in other countries - particularly, Canada.

Great spot, found it on the Australian consulate website to get my passport picture. Was definitely pricey ($45 for a digital and a few prints) but it was quick and the guy knew his stuff. Will update if my picture gets approved or not

I have been supremely disappointed by the drugstore passport photos. It is as if they want to take the worst possible photo of you.The folks at Image treat you like a VIP. They take you into a fully equipped photography studio with front flash and back light flash. They take multiple shots of you and show you so you can pick the best shot.You will leave Image with passport photos that look like a Hollywood head shot.I am seriously thinking about going back for a full photo shoot!

Was there to take passport photos for Armenian Passport, walked in and roughly 2 minutes to take a professional passport photo 5 more minutes for the prints, I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Overall friendly employees and great service. Parking can be tricky but fortunately these guys put out orange cones to make sure their customers have a place to park and that's something that I really appreciated as I was there with my 72 year old father as you can imagine convenient parking is something we look for as mobility use not as it was when he was younger.
