Placed an order online for in-store pickup and almost all of it was canceled for not being in stock! The order was placed to take advantage of the 25% off $150 but the remaining items were not honored at that promotion. The new discount was only 10%!!! Completely bait and switched- if you don't review your confirmation, you'd never know you were now being charged MORE. Should be a class action against completely deceptive, false advertising! Screw Petco - this crap happens ALL THE TIME. Will pay full price from Chewy instead whose at least reliable.

WTF!!! No fucking carts!! Sunday, March 17,2024, 1:47 pm. Andrew, one of the cashiers told us they are out of carts. Thanks to CHRISTIAN for carrying 1large dog food to my car.

We were there to get a chameleon for our son. Pick out which one we wanted, and was told by different staff multiple times that someone would come help us. Waited for 40 mins, nothing... no one came.

For the VETCO I would not recommend this business. The employees are extremely rude and are poorly trained. Calling the customer service number is just as frustrating and when you have a complaint they tell you they cannot connect you to a supervisor and when you try to go through petco they tell you they are a separate business and cannot help you. Very disappointing behavior from a well established company...smh.

Very disappointing experience after years of coming to this location . This review is specifically for Grooming Department working at Glendale location on Monday, February 26 between 8:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and NOT for the store as a whole The customer service of one of the groomers (a woman at the counter, around 830) was terrible. I walked in- on time, and politely greeted her "hi, how are you" and she barely acknowledged me, and did not acknowledge my dog, which was just unprofessional. She was kind to the gentleman that walked in behind me as I believe she was the groomer for that dog but it would've been nice to receive the same treatment. There was a nice gentleman that came behind her that helped me out eventually. My groomer was over 15 minutes late - iced coffee in hand - with what barely qualifies as an apology. They just did not seem to care about my dog at all. I've been coming here for years but my normal groomer no longer works at the location. I guess if they know your dog they may be kind and professional but if not it seems like they don't try very hard. I highly recommend training at this location on customer service, and kindness in general. It was a very unfortunate experience that left me feeling very uneasy about trusting them with my dog. I will never come to this location again for grooming services.

Horrible customer service! You will never be able to get help ! The staff are always in the back office or restrooms and there is only one cashier available! And they have HORRIBLE ATTITUDE at the top of it !

the vet staff ,called saying payment processing down. I need to buy a gift card ? and then have them refund payment later ? is this not that thing they say "NO" too.? werid a legitimate business with 7 registers, can't figure out another option. I won't be back

Update: I'm still very, very pleased. I was given a prescription and I just had a difficult time finding the medicine. My cat started getting super ill and lethargic because she needed UTI meds. Jasmine squeezed me in the afternoon, so okay I showed up early and window shopped and hoped that an opening would happen sooner. I met with Dr. Rally and the vet tech Quazia (forgive me for butchering names). Again, lovely, gentle,compassionate folks. Dr. Rally checked Shadow again because she turned worse over night. I'm a premier member, so no exam fee...Yay! She also said, let's follow up about other tests over time, because she's getting along in years. However, she got me different antibiotics and it was significantly cheaper. Quazia sat with me and gave me the options doctor suggested. She encouraged me and helped me to stay strong through this. She shared about something that her dog over came and I felt so comforted. We just lost our other kitty 2 years ago and it's quite traumatizing. I'm happy to report, my sweet Shadow has improved significantly. She's responding well to the meds, is calmer, eating, drinking, moving about and is not hitting the box every few seconds. She's resting and though still a little tired and slow, I can see a big improvement from the night before. Thank you Vetco Glendale, thank you Dr. Rally and the entire staff. I am so incredibly grateful for all your care and wonderful service.

I found what I was looking for, but not thanks to employees. They're just helpless. It is frustrating because I was looking for something that they showed online that they have it in store, and they don't even look for it.
