The collection in this store is absolutely stunning and refreshed, every time I return, and is derived from the impeccable taste of Christine and her team, whom also never fail in providing genuinely kind, trustworthy care and service to all customers. Coming from my perspective of working with high-end retailers such as Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom, and in Miami’s Contemporary Art scene, this shop has such a high-end boutique to museum-like feel that is so easily shop-able and fun. I’m sincerely a proud fan and customer of Glendale Jewelry and Loan of 6 years, since moving to Los Angeles in 2018 and it’s literally always a pleasure to visit this Shop. Glendale Jewelry and Loan also has an incredible team of professionals, including Alex and Chelsea, whom are always so very kind, welcoming, professional, supportive and informative on pieces you’re purchasing, pawning and/or selling. I’ve always, loved the idea of Pawnshops, thrift stores, and how they aid the community and the planet, being a greener form of commerce.. and this one’s a star. The system and format of this store is simply Superb and sets the bar at higher echelon, compared to any other pawnshop I’ve ever visited. “Man, these guys took my MPC 2500, which was painted up and dinged, and yet fully functional, and give me a loan which was extremely helpful. I got the MPC back, but lost it in storage. It was an unfortunate circumstance to lose my MPC, but the memory of them taking care of me in this way was very much appreciated! I have since replaced the MPC 2500, with a new one (they don't make them anymore so it's not exactly new, but fully functional and awesome)! Thank you, guys.”
