So I went to this shop for small repair still wereing the shoes and ask the lady If the repair man can do a few stitches on one shoe so I can walk with the shoes home, The lady said I need to leave the damaged shoe and come next day for it, I said but I can't leave the shoe and walk with on home, she said sorry but we don't have time for this, This is kind of emergency just a few titches not more then 3 minutes, she said sorry. I have to call Uber.

I have been going there since 2011. They have amazing customer service and can do the impossible. I had a pair of Saint Laurent shoes that the heel was damaged and they were able to get it fixed. I trust them with all my designer shoes. For designer shoes, it might take more then 3-4 days to get the shoes back, but for an amazing job, what is an extra 2 days?

It was my first time, the people are pleasant, very good service from the day I dropped my shoes.I picked up my repaired shoes today, what a food job, very verynice.I love the way they presented it to you I will highly recommend this shop. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I love this place!!!!!!!! They were so nice and welcoming when I first entered the store. I brought in my dress shoes for repair, I asked if they can repair the heel, sole guard, and a clean. I was worried that my dress shoes were a goner but with no hesitation, they said that it is very repairable. When I came to pick them up, the shoes were exactly how I first bought them. They did an amazing job repairing it. They were so kind and gave wonderful service. I would 100% most definitely come again. I told my friends and family about this place. When I told my friend to go and try them out for a repair, he also told me that they had excellent service, the repair was perfect, and were very kind people. They do all your needs and wants and this place is a go-to for any shoe-related problem. Absolutely phenomenal.

I'm so appreciative of this place. I bought a vintage leather bag and the first time I used it the handle broke. Paul (at least I think it was him) happened to have a similar color strap and replaced it so seamlessly! I am so grateful! 5 stars :)
