The Passport Office is a government agency that provides passport services to the public. Based on the reviews, the overall experience at the Passport Office has been mixed, with some customers reporting smooth and efficient service, while others faced longer wait times and technical issues. The office typically opens around 8:05 AM, and customers with appointments are given priority. Customers who come prepared with the necessary documentation, such as the DS-11 form, passport photos, and other required documents, tend to have a quicker and smoother experience. The employees at the Passport Office are generally described as professional and helpful, guiding customers through the application process. However, some customers have reported longer wait times, even with appointments, and issues with the card machine, requiring them to make an additional trip to the ATM to pay. The office is often staffed with a limited number of employees, but they seem to work efficiently to process applications. Customers who have made appointments online and arrived early have generally had a positive experience. The staff, such as Cindy, have been described as sweet, smiling, and professional, making the application process easy and straightforward. Expedited service is available for an additional fee, which can reduce the overall processing time. Overall, the Passport Office provides necessary services to the public, and with proper preparation and patience, customers can expect a reasonably efficient and pleasant experience.
They do accept walk-ins, but it's only 8-9am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Had to wait in line, even with an appointment. Something was wrong with the card machine, so I had to drive to the ATM to get cash and go back to pay. Other than that, it was ok.
