My pets have been with Parkview for a few years. When I called the office they were able to see my cat right away. Dr. Chu is experienced and was able diagnose what was wrong with Max and prescribe the medication needed. Two things I may suggest the texting the check in process is impersonal and problematic for a not tech savy user. Another observation when I called the office two-two and half weeks ago about my cat’s condition they said they did not see emergency cases. More than likely his condition was a start of what I brought him for this week to be treated for. Being consistent and having a policy of seeing cat first then refer services if needed is what I would recommend.

Thank you for accommodating my pet, Sago. I'm sure you can all relate how nervous a pet parent like me felt when our baby is sick. You helped point me in the right direction to get an appropriate treatment. I appreciate the friendly staff and the thoroughness of the exam.

We had GREAT service from Dr. Kramer with our senior dog, who eventually passed with her amazing compassionate help. She never recommended anything we didn't need and was very kind. Fast forward to after covid. We adopted a new dog and of course tried to get an appointment with Dr. Kramer for puppy shots. We were told due to covid and since they were now owned by a corporation, appt. were limited we had to drop off the dog and would not be able to be there with her. So, we had to choose another Veterinarian . FAST FORWARD.. to a few months ago. We tried twice to call and speak to Dr. Kramer regarding our new dog and bringing her in to see Dr. Kramer. We called with specific concerns and ask for a call from Dr. Kramer. Someone called us both times and did not really give us any advice we didn't already know. Offered an appt. but could not guarantee Dr. Kramer unless we wanted to book it weeks away. When I ask could I speak to Dr. Kramer I was told no. Before they were sold she always took the time to speak to us, she genuinely cared about our dog. Disappointing when money becomes the top priority.

Above and beyond! I've been taking my rescue pup to Parkview Pet Clinic for over a year and find them thoughtful and thorough, never rushing us and taking really good care to explain everything. Today's visit was especially great, I went to pick up a special food for my dog's inflammation, and the person who supported us had remembered that I'd mentioned on the phone about leaving on a trip tomorrow and so she placed the feeding instructions on the food bag so my dog-sitter could easily see. It was just a few extra touches today that made me feel especially grateful to take my pup to Parkview! Thank you!

Dr. Chu is the best. She is the reason I keep bringing my dogs here. She is very caring and patient and trustworthy. She advises on necessary and optional treatments and makes sure you understand your pet's options and care plan. Be careful of pricing and grouchy front desk staff; however these things have been improving as of late. Sometimes hard to get appointment, so make sure you plan adequately.

Everyone here was nice and accommodating. Price is reasonable and they are open on weekends which is huge for us working people. Appointments were easy to get and they are willing to work with you on treatment instead of pushing you on to unnecessary tests and invasive procedures. Our new favorite vet clinic!
