Henry is the best! I have shopped dealers and brokers alike. I just leased my third vehicle through him this week, total of 5 vehicles for my family over the past several years. I don't know why there are some reviews complaining about service etc I have always had a good experience no BS and he always makes it easy, with that being said he does get really busy sometimes but that's probably a good thing and makes sense because he's always the lowest price. Highly recommend.

4 years ago I would've given PAL auto 5 stars. Today, I wouldn't even give this business 1 star but we all know that that's impossible on Yelp. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with Henry. I returned my lease to him months ago without my mileage reaching its limit only to find out my vehicle was returned to the dealer months later, with my odometer reading a different mileage then what I had initially returned it at. (Talk about being unethical) Not only was my car being driven by God knows who while it was still under my name, I also received two Parking Citations while the vehicle was no longer under my possession and in the hands of Henry. After countless appeals with the City, I ended up having to pay for citations I was not responsible for. To say the least, this place has caused me a lot of grief.

I gott a say I never leased a car easier then coming to PAL. These guys are the best in the industry. It was a very smooth and hassle free process. I got the best price and service. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I have been to too many dealerships but PAL not only got me the best price but charmed me with their service. Thank you PAL.

I've leased my first car here at Pal Auto 11 years ago! Been leasing all my cars since from Lexus, Toyota to Audi and BMW. Even bought a Lexus RX too. Excellent service, great choice of cars, best deals and best advice given here. Highly recommend Pal Auto!
