Jade (store manager when I stopped in this afternoon) was extremely helpful - I had an online purchase I needed to return, and she was friendly and professional. When my return ran into a problem, she even got onto the phone with PacSun corporate to personally find a solution and help me get my refund. Really appreciate the customer service and assistance I got here. I'd for sure come back to this location for future shopping trips or in-person help.

There was one register open and there was someone who needed to make a return and the manager was no where in sight which just stopped the line completely. The store is a mess and and entirely understaffed especially for the holiday season.

Was my first and last shopping there, the worst stuff worst customer service.... Bought t shirt that was on final sale but accidentally got wrong size, which they can't even exchange for bigger size.... Don't go there

Just had a lovely and hassle free experience returning clothes at this PacSun. It's right by the mall entrance next to the Target so gladly didn't have to go on a long journey through the mall to find it. Dakota, who helped me, was so warm and friendly.

I called at 7:30 to say I was picking up an online order and to confirm that it was ready because I'd be driving across town to pick it up. The store clerk confirmed my order was ready. The hours are until 9 pm. I get there at 8:30 pm and the store is locked. Clerks inside are looking at me knock. I call and no one picks up despite 4 of them standing there. The store clerk on the phone could have told me they would be closing early--after all, she knew I was driving across town to pick up my order. The clerks inside could have helped--the order had already been purchased and set aside for me. None did. This place is terrible. Never coming back.

Not the best but certainly not the WORST. The workers kinda just ignore you while you shop or only say hi to certain people. They dont really ask for help much until you look kinda lost (understandable) they don't carry too many items, which sucks since their online store carries such cute clothing vs boring color schemes that they have in store.

Extremely rude FEMALE worker. On 5/13/23 I Was shopping for clothing and said excuse me to one of the workers (i believe she had long dark hair and was wearing white) , and her reaction was a dirty look up and down and a slight step to the right. She did not even acknowledge me. This is completely unacceptable and prompted me to leave the store as I felt so uncomfortable, I didn't even buy the product that I really wanted because of this experience. You should really do better to train your staff on how to properly treat customers when shopping in your store, and maybe you'd have better reviews as well. :)

Super friendly employees. Odalys was helping us and was very patient with all the customers. Even when some people were giving her a hard time, she was patient and polite. She is an amazing employee!
