They want you to stay in business and yet it takes almost a month to receive a debit card. They also, can have a client with their own check told that they have to wait to order money. How do you not have $10,000 in your vault? I'm sure they're lying and racial profiling if you have a large check.

I’m going to have to start closing my business at 3 PM so I can make it here before this bank closes at 4 PM.
If anything to provide better customer service, they should stay open an hour later until 6pm- instead they decided to close an hour earlier at 4 PM.
No wonder they lost their new stadium. Whoever’s in charge of this bank should be fired immediately.

I'd like to start by saying I've been with this bank for I believe 15 years. The service has always been excellent there's always been great support from the bank manager tellers etc. for my business and personal banking needs. As a business and personal account holder at Pacific Western Bank with the current Corona-Virus crisis. I was so grateful to have such a relationship with my bank but more so the relationship the bank has with its clients Anna Bobeck took personal care of my needs when it came to the PPP loans and making sure I was doing everything I could and my business was apprised of everything it needed for the survival. I'm so grateful to her and the whole team at Pacific Western on Brand Blvd they are a top notch staff and a special Thank Anna so professional and so caring.
