Everything was going quite well until I signed the preliminary lease agreement, as soon as that happened the salesmen completely disappeared for 45 minutes, with no explanation. When I asked where they went I was told they were in a sales meeting. In fact I could hear the meeting underway, with much cheering and laughter. I was furious. The salesman and financial officer didn't return until I threatened to walk out.

Sogol- was responsive and attentive and took care of my long drive situation once I picked out my car. She had also followed up with me since my purchase to make sure I am aware of her expertise on my behalf of owning a vehicle . I was impressed and not pressured at any point. High five! Pacific BMW ! and Sogol!

The service at Pacific BMW was five stars all the way. They send you a video of the safety inspection which is cool. My service supervisor Vanessa reached out promptly about the recommended service and responded immediately to question about the warranty, which covered the needed service.
