BMW collision center did a great job with my car. They repaired it and it looks like the accident never happened. I also got a full detail and ceramic coating on the car. It looks great and great service. I recommend Pacific BMW Collision Center!

Sam and Jason were extremely helpful and professional about their job, I purchased a paint correction package for my BMW and was very happy with the results! (Coming from someone that will only hand wash my car myself) if anyone needs assistance I would highly recommend them and pacific collision center for a great experience!

Pacific BMW body repair is an absolute class operation. They are professional in their interactions, communicate clearly and frequently, and the bodywork and paint is of the highest quality. Andrew Batenhorst is a pro. He is well organized and strives for perfection.
I have no suggestions for improvement. From the body craftsmen in the back shop to the front office staff and advisors - they are special people who love their jobs and excel in customer service.

I've encountered a lot of unconventional situations with my car, including hidden damage that was not discovered until months later. I've had 4 total claims/repairs done here over the last few years, and no matter what comes up, the body shop manager Andrew makes absolutely sure that I'm taken care of, that everything is made right at the end of the day. It's easy to communicate and get updates by just texting them. The staff explain in great detail the challenges & nuances of communicating with various insurance carriers, setting my expectations appropriately. I've always felt they fight in my best interest, even when insurance companies try to shortchange us. In some scenarios, they even coordinate seamlessly with the nearby service center, going so far as to move my car between the two facilities for me so that I only had to make one appointment, one trip.

Someone tapped my rear bumper and left white paint on my new car. I made an appointment at Pacific BWW Collision Center and they quickly and efficiently restored my vehicle to its original condition . I was very happy with their workmanship and professionalism.

I have been to this collision center a few times throughout the years for minor collision repairs to my other BMW vehicles. This time it was for a more complicated collision repair to my X5. As usual they went above and beyond my expectations. They were very informative and helpful and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff was great, the manager Andrew, even spoke to me and explained in great detail what would be most beneficial for me in terms of dealing with the insurance companies. The collision staff, Horalia, Jason and Justin kept me informed every step of the way as far as the repairs that were being done to the vehicle and provided updates on the completion date of the repairs. Suffice to say that I will never be taking my BMW’s anywhere else. Thank you BMW collision for properly repairing my vehicle and for doing an excellent job.

I would highly recommend the shop to anyone for repairs for their Bmw as I have had two of mine in for bodywork after accidents.. on both occasions, the work was completed in a timely fashion, and the work was of the highest caliber. The paint work is as good as you will find outside of the factory, and the entire experience was a pleasure as everyone is a total professional at this shop. But I was blown away when I brought another judge new vehicle that was not a BMW, which needed a minor paint correction.
Andrew, the manager was super helpful and told me he could take care of it no problem.
I would’ve gladly paid for the job, which was probably a two or three hour job, but Andrew told me not to worry that I was family, and that they would take care of me . They finished the job a few days later after I made an appointment and just like my Bmw’s the work was perfect and it looked brand new again. I’ve been to many body shops over the years and also to another Bmw collision center in Los Angeles but I did not have even close to the experience or the professionalism that I experienced here.
Head and shoulders above the rest I would take any vehicle here, no matter how expensive and have all the confidence that it will be in good hands. Thank you Pacific Bmw!
