Great service and awesome guys. I was able to quickly get a quote and book my movers. They meticulously wrapped up all my guitars in blankets and made sure everything is protected before putting them into the truck. I appreciate their clear pricing and friendly team. Highly Recommended !!!

I hired these guys last minute , I needed to move quickly. They really came through for me , I couldn’t think of a better company for the job I had to do. In under 6 hours they had me completely moved out of my ex’s place , it was easy and seamless would work with Alex and Steven again!

I need to contact this company again, but their phone goes to voicemail.. anyone has a current number I can call? My review from three years ago: From the initial call, I could tell these people know what they're doing! And they intend to make this stress free for me!!! 3 gentleman: Hovik, Max and Dimitri showed up on time, very polite and professional, they worked fast and with care! Can't thank them enough!!! I recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free moving experience!! ~Christine

I have used OneShotMove 2 times and they have been very professional each time. Always very careful with items, They were protecting our furniture with blankets and plastic wrapping. They were extremely fast. Thank you OneShotMove.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I met this company a few days ago. The manager was very kind and we chose the time convenient for me. On the moving day my moving team came in time with all necessary equipment. The movers were smiling, polite, and (the most important) were VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! They packed my stuff very quickly and safely. They didn't waste the time, they were thinking about MY time and MY comfort. They were working SO HARD without any breaks. Of course, I bought them pizza and coffee, but they ate very quickly and continued working! I was impressed, really. I must admit that my stuff was moved without any damage. I was prepared for stressful and tough day. But with that team my moving was easy and smooth. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! FIVE STARS!!!

Think twice before you book - Something's different! I booked one shot 1.5-2 weeks before my move in February 2020. I've booked them twice before in the last 4 years and they were timely and professional. Not this time. I put down my deposit and received a confirmation. Day of the move, I have the flu and I wake up 15 minutes before I'm expecting them to arrive with everything packed and ready to go (I'm not a morning person). They never show up. I call a few times and finally manage to reach someone on the 3rd or 4th attempt. Before they answer me, I get an email where they changed my time from 8am to 2pm. Then I get someone on the phone and she says sorry the guys said they can't come until later, is that okay? I said no it's not okay, i was supposed to be out of my place by 11am (they had cleaners coming). I ended up filling my car with boxes and driving it over to my new place, hitting up Costco and unloading everything on my own. Again, with the flu. 2:30 rolls around...3:30 rolls around and they still don't show up (or call me back). By 4pm, I had called 12 other movers and one happened to have an opening. I got ahold of oneshot eventually and told them not to come. She was apologetic and I was assured I would get a refund of my deposit. I said they needed to do more and pay me an inconvenience fee. The woman on the phone said she would have to ask her manager and get back to me. She hasn't...and to this day I haven't received a refund on my deposit. The new movers i hired same day were great, showed up within 40 minutes, but I had to pay 70% more than I had planned to. If i knew this is how things would pan out, I would've just rented a truck and moved myself with a friend since it was going to be an easy job for them anyway (one bedroom worth of furniture). If I could fit the furniture in my car, I would have. Moves are stressful enough...One shot was unprofessional and non communicative. No need to deal with a lack of professionalism and follow through on top the stress already.
