Man, these guys took my MPC 2500, which was painted up and dinged, and yet fully functional, and give me a loan which was extremely helpful. I got the MPC back, but lost it in storage. It was an unfortunate circumstance to lose my MPC, but the memory of them taking care of me in this way was very much appreciated! I have since replaced the MPC 2500, with a new one (they don't make them anymore so it's not exactly new, but fully functional and awesome)! Thank you, guys.

Age discrimination to see the guns. I came in to ask to see a gun and said I couldn’t buy it even with a hunting license at the age of 20. Stupid. Also the guy seemed odd.

I drove all the way to this location because it was highly rated, was very disappointed at the customer service. They lied and said my gold necklace had metal because the magnet caught the hook, when I knew it was a pure 14k. Use with caution.

I came in to pawn a few pieces of jewelry and they treated me very respectfully and the person by the name, I believe was Andy, who is very nice and respectful with his customer service, gave me a pretty good offer and a pretty nice amount of time to buy it back.

Amazing customer service. I didn't get the name of the man that helped me, but he was very helpful and resourceful. I recommend this pawnshop than other pawnshop in the Glendale area.

Thanks God that my hubby pawned his jewelries in a trusted pawnshop like ONCE A PAWN A TIME. As soon as I called the management ( Mike Panikyan) they extend their helping hand how can we redeem my husband’s jewelries to leave a legacy for my children, without hesitation they provide me all the necessarry things to be done to have it as soon as possible.I may say it’s from California ( my hubby) to New York with love.We’re very grateful for their kind consideration giving us the chance to get it eventhough it was already foreclosed and despite the fact that my hubby already died of COVID last Feb. 18, 2021.He pawned the said items at a very low price just for safekeeping.Thank you for the management of ONCE A PAWN A TIME was not enough for the hapiness we feel having it back and for the wonderful legacy from a father to his children that money can’t buy a remembrance like that.We’re really proud of recommending this pawnshop and we assure you that your treasured possessions we’re in good hands and they were not greedy like other pawnshops.God bless your business helping people in need.Truly yours,Ejohnsonnewyork

I created a Yelp account JUST for Once a Pawn of Time! The guys that own it are beyond fantastic, knowledgeable and more importantly they are there to help whoever walks in. I've been going to them for the last 4 years- if I need a quick loan against one of my firearms they always give me TOP DOLLAR in terms of giving you an above average price for firearms you bring in (depending on the type of course). I know this for a fact because I have visited the only other couple Pawn Shops in L.A. County that let you use firearms as collateral. Without naming names...one shop literally offered me only 20% of what my firearm was worth (and I don't buy cheap arms). I bit my tounge...told the guy thank you...then drove out to Glendale! These guys know what they are doing and will answer any questions you have- whether it's jewelry, firearms and whatever they have in the shop. They always have a beautiful assortment of Jewelry and before Covid a huge selection of firearms considering it's a pawn shop and not a regular gun store. If you need help these guys are here to help. I can promise you will not get better service and better prices any place else!

Whenever I'm need of extra cash $50 to 200 for bills I come here and receive great customer service and very fair loans. I'm a musician and these guys know what they'er talking about from guitars to fire arms.
