I have been going to this Notary and Ship Store for years because the service I receive is professional and very friendly. The store is clean and I feel comfortable having them pack and ship my parcels. My experiences have always been positive and I have recommended them to my associates. I feel prices are reasonable also.

Too bad there’s no zero star. The woman who works there is the rudest person. I did a live scan with her. First she doesn’t scan 2 fingers correctly and then she submits whatever she got incomplete. I ask her why would she do that and I get no answer. Just that she’s busy with other client and it’s fine. I call the next day to check if it’s ok and she just hung up on me.

Open weekends. Very helpful. Plenty of parking. Friendly service. Went in to get a document notarized today (Saturday), and they got the job done. Very pleased. Will return whenever I need more docs notarized. Thanks.

This is a fairly new store and I was in need of passport photos quickly. I called them to see how long they're open. The gentleman with a British accent was so helpful. Got there before they closed and they were so helpful. A few days later I had to mail a package out and it needed to be there by a certain time. The address had to be specific and Chase was real patient. I'm not a stickler for much but this was going out on behalf of my work. Third time was the charm. Great owner and great staff.

Had a bad experience today. The store was empty without customers. So no rush. They helped me package a box. I wanted to ship it but the cost was going to be $40. So I just decided to look on my phone cause it sounded a bit high. The lady helping me said “do you want to do it or not”?! I only looked for a second. Since she made me feel rushed I said no that's okay. So she ripped the form I filled in front of me. I said “I'm sorry I am from out of town” she said you are supposed to do your homework before you come. I paid and I thanked her for helping me package the box and left. I came from out of town and needed to ship something home fragile. I felt treaded unfairly for no reason and made me feel very uncomfortable. No one was in the store and not busy. It was Just me and my son it was his toy from Disneyland. She proceed to ask where we were visiting from after that episode. We went somewhere else to ship it and it was only $16 dollars and they were very nice and friendly. I would never go back here there was no need to treat us like that. Thank you.
