Arrowhead Water Delivery. Customer service is deplorable. The worst you will ever receive from a large company. They love their American Customers so much, they outsource calls to Costa Rica and make them wait 1.5 hours to speak with a manager. Don't bother emailing them. I was told today by the Costa Rica rep - "the company is very busy buying companies and they are not answering any email from their website". I will be Boycotting all Nestle products. This is how they learn.

As I understand it, these people are responsible for bottling water in California without a permit, even during a severe drought. I quit buying any Nestlé water products years ago. In fact, I generally try to avoid other Nestlé products as well.

Wow what makes me smile Original Coffee Creamer makes my coffee just right. I do not like that sweet flavored creamer. Folgers coffee and Origional creamer is worth getting up for. On the coldest nights of the winter it is there to warm up my mornings. Try it and see how good it is.

This is a terrible water delivery company. They take advantage of families by charging ridiculous late fees without our knowledge even after the water services have stopped. Good thing I finally checked my invoices to see what was going on. I got behind a few months & I noticed that they charged $95.00 in fees! This is terrible. Who does that? I thought this was a water delivery company not a credit card company? Absolutely terrible of them! Sparkletts does not do that! The most they do is just to stop your service until you catch back up! Which is how it should be! We should not support a company like this. As a matter of fact, I noticed that they did have a $50 million dollar law suit against them a few years ago for charging these kinds of fees to families. So maybe now they are legally able to charge the fees, but should they? Who does that!
