I first placed an order using Teleflora and was HIGHLY disappointed when my order was not delivered. I cancelled with them and sought a local florist to handle my order (I prefer local anyway!). I found My Glendale Florist and was very pleased with the on-line ordering process and the promptness to attention. The order was delivered by noon the following day, as requested, and is being enjoyed greatly. Thank you for meeting me needs and filling a tiny bit of emptiness for my daughter. The colors of the tulips and health of each one are great!

Had another company set to deliver flowers for a birthday and they did not show. Called them last minute. They not only had a beautiful arrangement that was perfect. Delivery was done within an hour! They should be everyone's go to florist!

We're in Georgia with a family member in Adventist hospital and have no Glendale florist. My Glendale Florist lept out with overall rating, but especially the overwhelming number of reviews. We tried them and are very pleased with what delivered arrangement only a couple of hours later! She sent a picture of them from her hospital room. It's identical to the Fall arrangement pictured on the website and all could not be happier! Thank you, My Glendale Florist!

People be careful with this shop, it's a rip off. No pretty flowers and extortionate prices.You don't get the prices they offer on the internet. When you get there they tell you a more expensive price, saying that the flowers are getting more expensive every day.

Unfortunately I was able to see the actual funeral wreath arrangement due to distance, but what I would like to acknowledge is the conscientiousness of the florist. They called me personally to ask if they could add a banner and to make sure the information they received online was correct. I also received an email that the wreath was delivered prior to the time needed to be there. Thank you for your professionalism

I ordered online, wrote my message and the flowers were delivered quickly and were absolutely beautiful. My friend lost her mother and the whole family really appreciated them. They live in Glendale, so the shop offered free delivery and they communicated when they were in the way and when they were delivered. 10/10 recommend!

In the afternoon of May 12, 2024 (my birthday and Mother's Day), I had an unexpected surprise delivery from 'My Glendale Florist'.
I received an amazingly large and stunningly beautiful bouquet of flowers. The floral choices were unique. My granddaughter, who lives in L. A. had randomly called 'any florist ' near Burbank to place her order. Boy, did she ever hit the jackpot.
In my opinion, 'My Glendale Florist' also sets the bar for superior customer service. As I was enjoying the flowers aroma, I noticed that the roses seemed to be wilting. I called the florist but had to leave a message. Not 5 minutes later the owner returned my call. When I explained my concern, he looked up the order and told me those were not Roses but Peonies.
He explained the difference and even gave me tips on how to care for my arrangement so it would last a long time. Thank you so much
'My Glendale Florist', for making my day so special.
