I am a new client of Brilliant Tax and have nothing but good things to say about this firm! I needed to get my taxes done on a short time frame and Karo assisted me in doing so. The process was very simple and easy and my taxes were done in a timely manner!! Highly recommend this firm for your accounting needs!

I have worked with Allen for 6 years. I am giving him a one star because of bellow reasons: 1. Last year I donated my care (valued $2000) and asked him to deduct a portion of that donation into my tax return. He said "No!!!". After talking to friends, I found out almost everyone who donates, deducts that donation from his tax return. 2. I got married last summer (my wife lives out of states and has no SSN number). I asked Allen to file as " joint married". Again he said : " No!! since she has no SSN not possible to add her" and filed as single again. A week after I found out that if your spouse is living out of states you can still file your taxes jointly married only if, you fill W-7 and apply for an ITIN number. I told him about this but he refused to do so!!! Now that I have to Re-file by myself he is not even answering my questions about 1040x. For several times I tried to called him and sent him emails asking for an advise, but guess what? no single response! This is really disappointing. I will not work with them anymore and recommending you do NOT trust their "No"s. That is not a real "No", it's what I call "Laziness". They are not caring about you getting the Max. return. All he cares is getting paid for the Min. Work. I am sorry Allen jan for writing this. I like you in person, but ignoring emails and phone calls is not a professional act!!! You should take the responsibility of giving wrong information to your clients and if necessary redo the work by yourself. Ignoring them is not a solution!!
