I needed to finalize a DHL return and they were extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I had a few hiccups but they made sure that I wouldn't overspend on the return and took their time to make sure everything was done right.

This is the most horrible place to have a mailbox. Go anywhere else, I guarantee it will be better. The old man who works the front is a complete snob and has absolutely no customer service skills. If I could give @ stars I would!

Best place to take children for passport photos. I took my kids when they were 2 and 4 and got the best photos taken from them. We laugh at my daughter's mug to this day. I took them back again at the age of 12 and 14. Immediate print out. Just took my photo there too. Definitely an easy place for family passport photos and decently priced.

The WORST shipping center in the city! Asian owner has horrible customer service and is very rude and disrespectful!!! They need to shut this place down.

I went there last week and it's Super expensive and they measure the boxes wrong purposely to charge you more so they make money. She added an inch to my box even tho it says the size on my box. Very sneaky and expensive place I'll never go there ever again.

Worst ever! Not joking and not from one time visit. From multiple times visiting there thinking that i will be okay this time, i was wrong!! The couple always fight each other and their service is always slow. I expect some kind of AC for visiting any store during summer season, their store is like sauna!!! Never going back here ever again. I hope they read my review and be more professional with their business.

They are very rude with customers. They try to get 75$ for photo, but better service in Costco 10-15$+usb card. They cant send the digital version of photo. We decline their service because it so expensive and photos wast printed, but they starting screaming. We waste our time around 30 min for nothing.
