The best service in town. Ever since I came here for the first time, I haven’t gone anywhere else. Very good communication, the service is fast, and always friendly. I have an old car and whatever issue it experiences, they take really good care of it and always solve the problem so that I don’t have to come back . I went in excited by the positive reviews. Unfortunately my service was not so good. I took my car in due to engine light flashing and the mechanic checked with their computer and just kept saying "it's the knock sensor" over and over... I have no clue what that means, I'm asking for what that means and/or what needs to happen to fix it. But the mechanic walked away to help another car and stayed helping them, never came back nor gave me an explanation or told me to wait, nothing. So I left. Came in excited, was ignored. Lame.

this is the place where you would end up with more problem with your car than when you went in , I went in for a radiator change , so they changed it and needless to say overcharged me , but here is when it gets really bad and dishonestly shows up later on , or should I say rip offs! after he changed the radiator he called me and said your car still overheats and its from your water pump, then I told him that I had just changed the water pump 4 months before like I had mentioned to him when I drove the car in the moment he put the car on the lift! so when he saw that this scam doesnt work he then told me " well the water pump might be working on and off and then I said so I have to take the car back to where I changed the pump, so then I paid and attempted to drive the car out of the lot and immediately the car poured antifreeze on the ground just as soon as I was leaving the premises!! they saw it and stoped me , ok. now what, they said your are leaking antifreeze, we have to check it out ! right away I knew they had it all planned and set it up so I stopped and they put the car back on the lift and the antifreeze was gushing out by the side of the engine , he charged me again to change that part , I took the old part with me and noticed that the part was deliberately cracked the snapped off the piece so it can leak!! any ways he charged me and then he said the cooling fan isn't coming on!! I said you know what just leave it, and get this ... I was driving down the street some 10 miles away in Pasadena I noticed that my fan came on and was working fine !! my car still over heats at times after some 600 dollars, never had this kind of experience in my life , ever , these people milk you , because they have no customer coming to them! and dont be fooled with the 5 star reviews , unfortunately I was! all of these reviews are their friends and family member , DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE ,they are very dishonest , or they are just incompetent , and dont have sufficient knowledge on cars, and try to get you as much as they can and then can even go as far as damage your car elsewhere to charge you more !!
