“I'd like to express my deepest appreciation to Cody and Friar Tux. Customer service was 12/10, Cody has helped me pick an amazing suit from top to bottom, did all the measurements and was extremely nice throughout the entire process. He customized the pants to my needs and found all the right sizes right away. Friar Tux appeared to have everything for an amazing value, and I'm very satisfied with an entire process. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone and I sincerely appreciate Cody for all the assistance! Wonderful experience.”
“First, I'm a fan of Oakleys for my prescription glasses. They're lightweight, they're comfortable, and there's a decent variety of styles. At this store, I've bought several pairs of glasses over the last few years. Anthony is great when it comes to helping and then fitting the glasses. Highly recommended if you like Oakley glasses.”
“My wife wanted to check out the Express store when we were inside the Glendale Galleria. She wanted to look at some of their summer dresses so we walked inside. There a women store and then right next to it is the men store. The women store is pretty spacious and had a lot of clothing on display. My wife like some of their selections but decided not to buy anything.”
“I was in a rush needed a couple shirts for my kiddos... they are closed for remodeling but the super nice girl that answered the phone went out of her way to go pick up the shirts from the warehouse and drop it off for me. “Visited this store for the first time today (Oct 13, 1:20pm). Got a cute pair of velvety Mary Janes. All three of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, the girl that grabbed our shoes for us was super quick and brought me multiple options, which was really helpful. The manager was super friendly, and Seven who rung us up was was great. Awesome store with a killer team”
“Premium quality, top notch fabrics and design. Then when you add the fact that their prices are 25 to 50% lower than they should be - this becomes an absolutely amazing chain.
Add in a high-tech checkout system. All the price tags have an embedded with something that interfaces with the bins in the checkout area. All you have to do is put your items in the bin and the system automatically presents them to you on a checkout screen.”
“I went to their Aerie store (right next to the American Eagle in the Glendale Galleria) today. I was immediately welcomed at the door into a clean shop. The person who helped me find what I was looking for was named Alexa, and she also checked me out at the register. The store itself is super cute & so are it's products, and the customer service was very good as well. Big props to all the workers there and Alexa especially :) !”

“Went to footlocker at the Glendale galleria today around lunch time, I checked dicks sporting goods but wasn't impressed! I found a pair of Nikes I really liked and Nora helped me with my purchase! “I couldn't even tell you the last time I was inside a Banana Republic but it would have been close to a decade ago in San Diego. This is the outpost inside the Glendale Galleria. It's a "double wide" lot and tons of stock inside. Basically the same as what I remembered from the past but they had more "house wares" than I remember, pillows and such.”

“Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.”
“Sam was very helpful with helping me select a good suit as I needed a new black suit for work. The quality of the suit was very good and the price was reasonable. I appreciated that Sam was not trying to force me into a suit I did not like such as other establishments. I asked for a good quality classic fit suit and Sam was able to assist me without a hassle.
