Add in a high-tech checkout system. All the price tags have an embedded with something that interfaces with the bins in the checkout area. All you have to do is put your items in the bin and the system automatically presents them to you on a checkout screen.”
“Massive shot out to Tammy! I went in to buy a new suit and had one already mind. She suggested I try an alternative one that will fit my body type better. I did not know my size or anything and she was able to figure all that out for me. Her suggestion looked way better than the one I had picked out and on top of that she even told me I should be getting $100 off it too! Tammy is literally what sales associates should aspire to become. I will definitely shop at this express than other locations because of her.”

“I would give 5 stars, but they have limited in person locations and that can make things difficult. I went in person to their Glendale CA location. It's inside Nordstroms in the mens dept. The gentleman that fitted me was calm, cool and knew his stuff. Very professional. Everything went smooth and fast.”

When my return ran into a problem, she even got onto the phone with PacSun corporate to personally find a solution and help me get my refund. “Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.”

“Love the product my only suggestion is It would be amazing if you started closing at 5:30pm or 6pm since most ppl work a 9-5.
I noticed customers show up rushing around closing time including myself who leaves work early to shop at your store. This would also improve customer experience by not feeling rushed by store attendant who keep repeating the closing time 40-30min before closing. I’m sure many customers would come more often.”

“Chelsea the assistant manager was beyond amazing. I was looking for a Dodgers hat and I could not locate it in the store. Chelsea went through the whole store looking for it, but unfortunately they sold out. She offered to order it online for me and had it shipped to my house at no additional cost which was great.
