Very rude employee, I was looking at shirts and she moves all the shirts without saying excuse me, so rude and I told her next time she should say excuse me, she gets the shirts I was looking at and moves a big chunk of them to the other side. So rude, I will never go back to this store again, customer service is trash, some people shouldn’t even be working in customer service if they don’t know how to treat customers.

I would like to acknowledge excellent service provided by Ana Avakian, manager at Marshalls Store in Glendale, CA. Ana was pleasant and prompt in completing the transaction, and all my questions were dealt with in a professional manner. She was able to handle the situation and resolve it, and I wish there were a hundred more like Ana working for Marshalls.

very rude woman at the fitting room 4/1 at 1-2pm. Didn’t greet me or anything and immediately started ordering me to place an item on the rack. Found an item that happened to be a two piece but was missing the two piece and they did nothing to really help me buy the item and said they had to wait two weeks to find the other part of the set. not a very friendly experience, maybe check biases

Organized store, I went at 3pm and the store was busy but they had a lot of registers open so check out was a breeze.
