literally horrible. i asked a worker if they had what i was looking for and his response was "no honey it's december 21st what did you expect" and walks off with attitude. never had a good experience at this location.

Found such a rare color in stock at this location! Had to take it. I have same set in baby blue now I got it in baby pink. Love the store seemed to be clean and organized. I went during the weekday and It was not so crowded. Service was very fast, happy with my purchase.

Clothing is good, good luck getting 100 cotton. Over priced item and the sale rack mostly items with no logo or visibility to a minimum

The waiting time to pay of this location is always very long, only one person doing the check-outs, and other employees just seeing/or doing other things that seem less urgent (I apologize if I am ignorant about the logistics) but my personal experience here is always like this. Usually during the afternoon.

Very VERY small section of clothing in this establishment. The workers are all slow and are allergic to doing their jobs. My daughter asked a simple question of "is there a size 2" this worker came back with a size 0 this would be fine if it ended there he then says "you ask so many questions" when my daughter asked for a fitting room. I was appalled by this treatment and will never come here again. They need to find new staff asap and stop hiring the first people who apply.

Great location and awesome selection. While everyone was busy no one was able to greet me, but when someone became available and noticed me, they came in and greeted me and asked if they could help me find something. I did want the fundamental T in XL in 2 colors, both they were out of, but the nice educator offered to order it for me and have it shipped. I did let her know that I needed it now as I am traveling from another state. She then looked up other stores where they had it and gave me their locations. This is what I call customer service where even if the revenue is not coming into their store, but they care that I walk away happy so they looked up other stores and said that they had it. Keeping the money in the business!!! Greta work

Lululemon is supposed to stand for friendly customer service and a guarantee on wear and tear. In my experience, other Lululemon stores have had a great return/exchange policy, a bit like Nordstrom’s. The Lululemon at the Americana has return/exchange rules that don’t make sense and are not up to par with the Lululemon brand. For example, I had to exchange an item for which I had a receipt and they would not do the exchange, stating the receipt did not specify how payment was made. While speaking with the store manager, they stated that they would not exchange or return the item and that I would need to take it back to the original store that was purchased. I have never heard such a thing in my life. Will not be returning to the store.

BERNIE IS MY FAVORITE SALESPERSON EVER. I wish she could sell me everything I could ever possibly need. I would literally buy a bag of dirt from her. 100% recommend!

At ease joggers are very bad quality. With such i high price I didn't expect it. It last over 2 months. I washed it with cold Ayer as instructed and draw string completely fell apart. I used to love lululemon but there quality dropped significantly. I will not go there anymore and I suggest you do the same. At least until the quality gets better.
