I've shopped here many times, and there was a really good CA there. So helpful and attentive. Not sure if she is still there since I stopped going there due to last expensive. I go there to buy a bag, waited inline, and the manager is just rude. It was a long wait, so I wanted to know if it's in stock first so i can wait. He was like I can't give you that information. Wasted my time and when I go in the bag was not there. His tone is really rude. I am not saying customers are always right but treat people with respect. Good thing about this is you can giftcard earn from Bloomingdale's.

Not sure why this store has negative reviews but I've never had any bad interactions with the SAs. They've always been super friendly and helpful

Absolutely do NOT go to this location. The sa and the manager Vanessa will not help fix a defective bag I purchased on the official website. They tell you that's just how it is even though the print isn't aligned ?? We're spending how much for bags that aren't even aligned and bad quality?? Well then thats false advertisement because on the website the bags are aligned perfectly. She goes on to tell me she worked in repairs for 3 yrs and wont fix it, without even actually checking or providing a solution. She wanted me to pay out of pocket but there won't be a guarantee they will fix the bag. Soooo what am I paying for then? Maybe Vanessa should've stayed in repairs dept because her customer service skills are not good.I went to another actual store location, not in a Bloomingdale's, and they were quick and happy to fix it at no charge, no matter when I bought the bag! Glendale LV in Bloomingdale's needs to improve their service by a lot. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Went here Saturday and the staff was very friendly and helpful with assisting me check out bags . I highly recommend this location and will be back . For the most part they do offer a pretty popular selection of bags

Writing this review to express my utmost disappointment with the customer service I experienced at Louis Vuitton Glendale location. My recent visit to your store was marred by the unprofessional behavior of your employees, front securities with their constant gossiping, and an extreme level of entitlement, which I believe reflects poorly on your brand. During my visit I encountered several instances that left me deeply dissatisfied. Firstly, it was evident that the employees were engaged in frequent gossiping among themselves, whispering and exchanging comments, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. This unprofessional behavior is not only disrespectful but also reflects a lack of regard for the customers' experience. Furthermore, the level of entitlement displayed by your employees was alarming. Instead of approaching customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, they seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about assisting us. When I sought assistance with a specific product inquiry, I was met with condescension and a dismissive attitude, which is unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer service. I must emphasize that my experience at your Glendale location was not an isolated incident. Upon researching customer reviews and feedback, I discovered numerous complaints echoing similar sentiments regarding poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of respect for customers. These comments further validate my concerns and demonstrate that this issue is not limited to my personal encounter. As a loyal customer who has appreciated Louis Vuitton products for many years, I find it distressing that the customer service at your Glendale location fails to meet the high standards expected from your brand. Dear Louis Vuitton Management,I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received from one of your store managers, Ms. Maria Garcia Barragan, at the Glendale Louis Vuitton Bloomingdale’s store. As a loyal customer of Louis Vuitton, I believe it is crucial to bring to your attention the unethical behavior and lack of professionalism displayed by Ms. Barragan during my recent visit to your store.On 07/26/23, I visited the Louis Vuitton store to address an issue with a fragrance that had changed its color and smell. I approached Ms. Barragan and explained the situation, providing her with my profile information to verify my status as a loyal customer. I even took the initiative to demonstrate my dedication to the Louis Vuitton brand by showcasing my extensive collection of Louis Vuitton colognes. Furthermore, I informed Ms. Barragan that my wife also has a separate profile and that, as a family, we have been extremely loyal customers of the brand.Instead of assisting me in resolving the issue, Ms. Barragan seemed determined to make sure I left the store disappointed. She displayed a clear lack of empathy and understanding, disregarding the principles of customer service and ethical conduct. I felt that she did everything in her power to create obstacles rather than finding a solution to my problem. As a store manager, it is her responsibility to address and resolve customer concerns, not exacerbate them.I must emphasize that I have always held Louis Vuitton in high regard for its exceptional products and unparalleled customer service. However, the conduct of Ms. Barragan during this encounter has severely tarnished my perception of the brand. I made visit to the store , because it closer where I live,but I regretted have been there, you probably will get the bags in your minds, but the sales people wouldn't help at when your viewing merchandise and talk on your back like they didn't see you, and totally regardless of your thoughts when you are checking out, not recommend to make purchases here ,if you wanna find some in your mind,better go for another Luis Vuitton in Los Angeles.because you may not get the good experience here.

ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!!!! I wanted a certain pocketbook, but they didn't have one! So I bought one that my client advisor helped me pick out that was similar. It was a truly beautiful experience. I highest reccomend shopping here.

I have been shopping at Louis Vuitton for years and I've lived in Glendale forever, so this was my go to store. My fiancé and I came in today to purchase a duffel bag and a travel bag for him. We were ready to spend. When we walked in, no one said hi and we waited about 10 min until a sales associate became avail to help us. The woman who helped us, I did not catch her name, was so rude. She kept correcting everything we saying and gave us attitude when we asked questions. We asked to see a bag on the display, and she pulled one in a different color and gave it to us to view. - like we are ready to spend a lot of money on a single bag we would like to see the exact one we will be purchasing My fiancé also had brought his old bag in with him to make restorations. I was simply asking her how long it would take and what kind of restorations they would be making and she looked as though I was wasting her time. My fiancé was so annoyed he just simply walked out and went across the street to the new Gucci store. The sales associate at the Gucci store was so nice and patient. Definitely staying clear from this LV

I came in today to pick up an item that was supposed to be reserved for me. I was in communication with a Bloomingdale's style advisor via emails. Drove out of the way to pick up the bag and the LV advisor informed me they sold it. A total waste of my time. Go to any other LV store but this location.

The store Manager Jose was so helpful! When I confused about my online order and collect in store, seemed delayed or missing delivery record.....During I arrived, a young guy who had beard I forgot asking his name sorry, he 's welcoming me so politely, and patiently explained what's going on about my order status and their online systems even offer me a bottle Ivan Water to let me wait for the manager and take it easy don't worry, that's so thoughtful.After waiting a while the store Manager name Jose and the young guy helped me find my bag/ Order in the back. No idea why Google had so many negative reviews? ??However, as to my experience today in this store so far so good. Give the guys thumbs up! Very appreciated their help !:)
