This bottle is defective. When I went to use the product the serum excreted from the top seal and the dispenser. I also thought it felt very light for the amount of product that was advertised. So I assume the material was coming out of the bottle even before it was sold. I want a free product to be mailed to me. I don’t want to travel to the store which is miles away from my home.
When I called they told me they would offer me a refund, but this doesn’t account for the inconvenience and defective product. They said they had to get a manager to get approval for a discount but that I could go to any store. Again, I was trying to resolve this with the store I bought it from. But their offer for resolve was inconvenient and not helpful or accommodating.

Great place for beauty products , I found the perfect gift for a friend of mine . She loved it the fragrance I choose and the entire packaging was remarkable . The customer service is A1 and the whole experience was the best. L'Occitane for the wonderful products you make .

Sally was very helpful and informative. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. I discovered some beautiful products with her help. I was able to purchase exactly what was best and also redeem my coupon provided online for new VIP's. This store is spacious and is well stocked.

Came here randomly for fun, not planning on buying anything. And SALLY just stole my attention. She was the nicest, sweetest, and most intellectual person about the products in this store. I'm not even kidding we ended up spending racks with my friends that were with me. Just a great vibe and didn't feel guilty purchasing expensive stuff. All in all, give this woman a raise.

Oh my goodness it’s so yum I like almond cream and shampoos but but expensive I like home perfumes and for nail ext they use to give sample by mail after Covid all became bit something more expensive no sample by nail ext so only I get creams can’t leave it that even I saw in traveling in German air line use it and there kit and one shop as I usually buying floury on line abroad from England they sell it as well I saw this France to well there Purfums is best some few like it not this garbage of dose days who ever think is singer haha give outgun out. Never bother to look at it hm anyway but pricy but so good ???♀️??are you giving gifts for birthday of me just comingggg haha ???hopefully ?

ATTN:Management and potential customers. Both representatives were awful. Not welcoming at all. Didn’t offer help, no eye contact. Didn’t answer any of my questions… ?♀️I had to tell them how rude they were before exiting. This is not a way to treat customers. Just awful....

This review is not for L’occitane products but for the service we received at this particular store. I have been a regular L’occitane customer for years. I have always gotten lovely customer service at all of L’occitane stores until today. The girls are always nice and tentative and helpful. Today, the 2 girls could not care less about us. They provided no help or recommendation. They almost seemed annoyed. When we checked out they didn’t bother to ask if we have a membership. Our packaging was not packed nicely. Every single time i bought something from L’occitane, they always pack it super nicely. They will even put perfumed wrapping tissues. This time it felt like they just wanted to get us out of the store so they rushed everything. The customer service made me feel like i was going to Bath and Body works instead.

Delightful French cosmetics, perfumes and soaps. It's worth a visit just to sample some of what they sell. You most likely will leave with a purchase
