I brought a lot of things from this store and the cloth are good. But the service is terrible so not accommodating. When I asked if I can exchange I was never told a time limit and when I came less then a month after they would not do the exchange. I was going to buy a lot more and bought in the past but doesn't feel like they need or want your business. Bad experience. Worse costumer service liars!!!!!!

I bought a shirt and skirt set. After 48 hours, I went to return it and they wouldn't exchange it or take it back. I don't recommend this place at all, it's a rip off.

Worst customer service. Unable to return a defective clothing--the entire sleeve of a jacket was defective from the inside and my daughter couldn't put her hand through the sleeve. Item had their store tags and security red tag attached. I loved the item so didn't keep receipt and they refused to look it up with a credit card that it was purchased with. So unless you want to get stuck with defective product do not shop here.

Worst store ever to shop at!!! Horrible service, store workers have such bad attitude! Will never ever recommend this store to anyone...stores employee Marine has such a bad attitude i don't know how she works there

I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled into this store. They have one of a kind items from Europe. I was also happy to see the prices were really affordable. Trust me you want to visit this place. We got the best items. Will definitely be back!!!

Was a customer of theirs for almost two years, since I moved to this area and found this "gem". Came to a major disappointment when found out the ways store owner tries to "milk" profits. Due to confidential reason will not disclose it here, but they have lost a loyal client.Get better soon ;) iykyk

I love a lil monster clothing because there is a very nice clothing and shoes it's already 3years I'm buying from them for my 3 years old The prices is very good it's not expensive I'm always buying mayoral my favorite one is mayoral and very high-quality also I want to say thank you Marina and Yelena for helping us to choose the very nice product very high customer service

I dnt have kids but I always shop from here for my nieces and nephews and they always have fun and new stuff they recently moved and the ladies working there have sooo much patience and will put the cutest outfits together for your little ones.

First off this is the worst customer service I experienced I advise you not to shop here I mean the cashier doesn't even know English all she says is no , no to everything I just wanted to exchange something I didn't want my cash back and the cashier apparently put a rude girl on the phone so unprofessional and was so rude and was saying lies about when I bought the merchandise how ghetto and rude these people are now I know why it's final sale they are so desperate I won't be shopping here and I would advise you also not because they didn't want to exchange because of there unprofessional attitude and customer service!!!!!!

I have never been to a more terrible clothing store, than this one. The customer service was awful, and disrespectful. The clothes were so old and dusty, that they attracted cockroaches all over the store. Definitely would not recommend going to this store for your children, especially a new born.

One of my favorite kids' stores in Glendale! They always have unique things for my boys, and high quality too. In addition, they always have amazing discounts especially their end of season sales is great!

I Was very excited when I find out that they carry the brand that I am in love with for my daughter ! All the customers, who rated this store and its service five star , I guess didn't pay attention to many things ...Things that I want to bring up to your attention are they way they give you discount and do their exchange. I have to exchange a dress I bought for my daughter. They didn't have my size. Long story short I been forced to buy more stuff other wise they won't refund my money.... not even in form of store credit or a gift card.
