I’ve visited many LensCrafters locations, but the Glendale one has the worst receptionist I’ve ever encountered. There’s a heavyset woman there—didn’t bother to ask for your name. This is the third time I’ve interacted with you, and your poor attitude is unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. You have no patience and are completely unprofessional. You’re getting paid to work, so leave your attitude at home. This has happened three times now; I let it go the first two times because everyone has bad days. But today was the same attitude. Please train your staff better. On a positive note, the doctor was very friendly and professional.

I have never been to an eye retailer or had an eye exam and it was truly a comfortable experience. I was greeted and examined promptly by a LensCrafters representative and then I was seen by the optometrist and both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Finally I picked my frame and was walked through the final process by Antonio who explained everything so accurately and made me feel like everything was completely up to me and I had no unnecessary pressure to upgrade or add anything to my package. He simply explained my choices and always assured me that it was completely up to me whether I wanted to add anything to my package. It was such a beautiful experience and I look forward to doing it again and buying a second pair of glasses.
