I had to get done some labs done, through labcorp, this location is very nice, front desk really helpful, I walk in n they attend me fast no waiting lines. 10/10 no complaints

Came in as a walk in, Tammy took in my information and got me in so quickly. She was super kind and made me feel better for the reason I had to be there. Drew my blood so smoothly, barely even felt it.

Giving credit where and when it is due. I have to say, out of the many LabCorps I've been to, this one tops the cake with cleanliness and friendliness. Since after my surgery, I needed my TSH monitored to the extent of every other week for a while, this LabCorp location not only does their job expeditiously but maintains a nice and clean facility that I would be happy to recommend to anyone. Making an appointment is A MUST, I cannot reiterate this enough - A MUST. Most people complain about waiting too long but they neglect to mention that they do not have an appointment. Most of my visits here have been in and out with little to no waiting time. I check-in online when I park/arrive then a few minutes later, I get a txt that they are ready for me. Easy-peezy.
I highly recommend!

I have been here a few times. Place has inexperienced nurses and the waits are way longer than necessary. Two weeks ago I had labs done and they didn't have the proper bandaging to hold in the gauzes I bled out more than other times. When I asked they said they don't have the sticky bandages. The other locations always offer. The worst experience in a blood lab.

My experience with this Labcorp was nothing but pleasant! The staff are quite friendly and the office clean and not crowded. I made an appointment through the Labcorp app for my regular bloodwork and voila! Right on the dot they took me in, poked and done in a jiffy! The technician who helped me did her job expeditiously and carefully, you can really tell she has done this a million times! No soon that she poked the needle in my arms, it was off almost to the blink of an eye (ok.. maybe 6 blinks lol) Overall, I highly recommend this Labcorp but I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment.

For some reason the phlebotomist comes outside to the reception to help clients from her community rather than staying back there and drawing blood. The receptionists should be helping the patients coming in, rather than the phlebotomist stopping what she’s doing to help process patients thereby prolonging the wait for testing. They recommend appointments but there aren’t any for weeks. It would go much faster if people stuck to the role they’re meant to do. Nice facilities- VERY SLOW SERVICE. Had to leave after waiting for an hour on my lunch break.

Very kind and efficient staff! I came in as a walk in and their check in process is so easy. I was seen in timely manner and the nurse was super nice as well. Never have I had an experience as nice as this at Quest. Will be coming back to this location again in the future!

I wish to give a big shout-out to "Tammy", who went far beyond the "norm" in resolving the failure of my doctor's office in follow-up paperwork that was needed to complete my blood testing. In addition, I found the Glendale LabCorp facility staff very professional, and extending courtesy to all parties. Once the issues were resolved, the bloodwork was handled very smoothly (did not even feel a pinch) and I was on my way - this is my future choice for all needed bloodwork!
