I received the worst haircut of my entire life here with Pat. My haircut is pretty simple, a clean skin-fade on the sides and the top/beard remains untouched. A fade should be something every barber can do considering how popular it is. Pat on the other hand left me with an uneven bowl cut with patches of hair all over that area that's supposed to be a zero. The haircut was so bad I didn't even get mad, I just laughed. Not only was this a bad haircut but it also felt rushed and is definitely unfinished. Do yourself a favor and never come here if you're looking for a simple men's haircut.

Patt was very acknowledged about all the things I wanted to do with my hair. I had black hair and wanted to dye my hair ash blonde. Patt was able to handle it and give me the perfect tone I was looking. Definitely Coming back. Friendly staff and clean place

i came for a brazilian wax usually i am scared because other places i go are just too rough and unfriendly, this person who does it i trust her with my life. she makes you feel comfortable, she's gentle and such a sweetheart. 10/11 recommend :)Services: Waxing

I've gotten so many compliments over the past few days-- just like every time Pat has done another miracle on me-- I figure it's long past time to leave a review. I've been coming here for about 2 years; I'm a blonde with fine hair (but tons of it) and seven (7!) cowlicks!, who regularly alternates between wide variations on my own color, and every shade of red under the sun. Pat, the salon owner, is an absolute treasure; he's not only kept up with my impulses very cheerfully, he's also not hesitated to steer me goodnaturedly away from anything that might damage my hair. He's not in it for the money; he works, as he recently put it, "from my heart," and it shows. He's got mad skillz but he also has great artistic instincts: he has suggested things I would never thought of (this time, very very subtle ombré + balayage)... but he's so laid back about it, never pushy. I've come to trust his "eye" implicitly. Along with sublime color Pat has given me the most feminine, gorgeous, flattering cuts for my face shape. I'm 55 and I have never felt more beautiful in my life. I also just love the salon itself; most salons I've ever been to are not relaxing. This place is. From the very first time I came here it's felt like hanging out in a friend's living room, just laid-back (like Pat!), friendly, informal... and social-- I've ended up having great rollicking discussions with total strangers, both clients and stylists, with lots of good humor and laughter. I can't remember ever laughing at a salon before. But it's just that kind of place. People often drop in, long time clients, just to chat and bond even if they're not getting their hair done that day. More than once I've chatted with friendly strangers only to find out they're 2nd and 3rd generations of Pat's devoted clients. So in case it's not obvious I'm crazy about this place. And the prices just can't be beat; I don't know how long that will last but I love

First word that comes to mind is WOW!!! Knowledgeable, Friendly (yes, with a capital F), very reasonable pricing, accommodating, and you actually get a bit of a head massage when they wash your hair. I went in yellow and came out ashy blonde.... and my eyebrows- bye bye eyebrow pencils- because they do eye brow tinting too! I stopped going to the salon after too many bad experiences, and Patrick @ La Salon single handedly renewed my faith in the artistry of hair... (he's a genius in other areas of life, as well... just chat with him and you will see what I mean.) Because the lighting is so great at their salon, my camera really couldn't capture just how YELLOW my roots were BEFORE getting a color treatment and deep conditioning. :)

I have been going to Pat for 15 years. Pat has helped me achieve a beautiful hair color using a blend of colors to give me a natural highlight. The salon is very nice and everyone that works there is super helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. What I appreciate most about Pat is he stands behind his work and he knows color very well.

Friendly staff and you always leave happy about your hair. Pat the owner is super nice. They don't force you to get services you don't need like other salons in the area I have tried. Thanks for great work.

It has been 5 years since I had last made a review for La Salon and I am still impressed. After moving to Northern California for college, I had a hard time finding a hair stylist that knows how to cut and color Asian hair. And now that I am finally back, I thought I should try La Salon again since I grew up with Pat cutting and coloring my hair. During my consultation, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he mentioned that since I already have some color on my hair, it will be difficult to achieve the color I desire unless I bleach my hair. I have bleached my hair before annnnnd I have decided not to do that again... It was fun while it lasted, but I enjoy having healthy hair. Soooo, I told Pat that I did not want to bleach my hair and that I would be happy with anything if he can get as close to the color in the picture as possible. I decided to trust him once again annnnnnd I was not surprised. He was able to fulfill my wish! He darken my roots, so by the time my hair starts to grow out, my roots will be less noticeable. He also gave me a chestnut/mocha balayage that blends in well with the hair color I had prior AND he even fixed my awful haircut. Long story short, I am extremely satisfied with the way my hair turned out :)

I see Erin for my waxing needs. She is awesome! She takes her time and the wax she uses is way less painful than any i have experienced! Totally recommend her and the salon!
