My favorite balloon shop. As a new upcoming balloon artist I have had lots of questions and the owner always stops and takes time out of his day to explain. This has been so helpful for me. So thankful that I live close to use them on regular basis.

I had a hard time finding ninja turtle decor for my son’s birthday party. La Balloons had a large selection and it wasn’t overpriced. Web site was easy to search, I placed my order, and everything was ready to ship the same day. I received my order very quickly. Excellent service and I’m a happy customer!!!

This pick up for delivery only sucks. Today there was a line of cars waiting. Very small spots, definitely not large enough for a few vans. No pickups available on Saturdays.

Dishonest. ZERO integrity. First time ordering with them (& last!). Their website it isn't clear at ALL what their hours of operation are, so I assumed at the very least they would probably be open on Saturday (places that are closed ALL weekend usually CLEARLY display this.) I placed an online order on Saturday for Mother's Day Balloons, and received an email confirming my order and that when the order was fulfilled I'd be receiving an additional email. I waited a few hours, no email came. I called them several times; no ability to leave a voicemail, nor a prompt in their voicemail outlining their hours of operation - but voicemail says to send them an email. I sent them TWO emails. No reply. I clicked on the initial confirmation email once again, and started looking around further into their website -- and found out that they were not open on Saturdays nor Sundays. OH NO!! I just spent $109 on Mother's Day Balloons, and mother's day is tomorrow!!! I emailed them again, asking them to cancel my order; that I would need to find balloons elsewhere and thanked them. Come Monday they informed me I could get a store credit but not a refund. I explained that I needed my order cancelled, as it wasn't clear when I made the order that they were closed that day & I purchased balloons elsewhere. They replied that they do not refund or cancel orders and that I could come pick up my purchase OR get a store credit. We went back and forth. They responded by sending me an email that my order was ready for pick up. Instead of honoring my request to cancel the order, they decided to then fulfill my order -- I mean, What The Heck!?!? My "mother's day balloons" order was ready the DAY AFTER MOTHER'S DAY to pick up. This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever heard of in my life. Greedy & dishonest. They took my $109 and I have no merchandise!!!

I rented a helium tank and ordered balloons. Pick service is super efficient and service is great! I do wish they had weekend pick ups or later pick up times, but overall great experience.

I was not aware that it is only curbside pick up! So I placed an order online and Gus was able to get it ready for me within 10 minutes! Thank you Gus for assisting me and saving me time!

Terrible service. We ordered some balloons for curbside pick up and it took them over an hour to bring it to the car. We were waiting in the car and tried to use the QR code, but it didn't work so we rang the doorbell one of the workers finally came out, and he said he would check up on our order, but he never came out again. Finally we just decided to leave that it wasn't worth it.

Bought a small helium tank, valves & a helium fill. Twice I asked them if it was pure 100% helium and they said yes. Beware- it was just air. Balloons never floated up. Waste of $500. I see reviews great if you buy ready made balloons by them. They can't cheat you on that because the balloons have to float but DO NOT buy the tank with a fill. Amazon has same problem but at least the balloons stay up for an hour.

They should open on weekends because they are holidays and many of us work and we cannot buy balloons during the week.
