I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the alteration services at Krystal Cleaners, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Karen, the tailor, provided phenomenal service that exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, Karen was attentive and professional. She listened carefully to my needs and offered insightful suggestions to ensure the perfect fit. Her meticulous attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship were evident in the final product. My garments were altered flawlessly, with precise stitching and perfect measurements.
Karen's friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire process enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results, and her expertise was truly impressive.

They do a terrible job with alterations when it comes to lengthening your slacks or jeans. It's always sloppy. On top of that they ruined my sisters silk blouse and refused to compensate for it. Cheap and unclassy owner. Please avoid this place, trust me.

Stay away from this business, they are theives. I was charged 50 dollars and waited 2 weeks to have my leather jacket back from the cleaner. Today I stopped by to pick up my jacket, it came back in the same condition as it was dropped off. His answer was sorry we did our best, at the time of drop off I specifically asked if the stain was removable and he said yes. Never going back unprofessional business.

Been coming here for over 18 years, and I am very happy with the service. I've had dresses that had been damaged and I needed same day service, and they are always willing to help out. Prices are fair, and the service is unmatched. I have recommended them to every one of my family and friends.

I took my dress here because of the reviews that said "same-day service". I got there around 10am and was not greeted(should've taken that as a sign). I asked if my dress could be ready by 3 PM before leaving it there( I just needed it taken in a bit) and he assured me it would be ready before 3. I got there at 3:20pm and my dress was under a pile of clothes, it hadn't even been touched!!! He asked me to give him 30 minutes because he "forgot", so I left with my dress just how I took it! It seems like they have their own clientele and their own people to cater to. I would not recommend them nor would I go back here.

Very neat and same day service for hemming my pants. Also they were returned on hanger and plaster to keep them clean. Will be back again, because i used to drive 25 min to another place and i had to wait up to 3 days for smth like that/ i normally trim my pants or sizing my waist line so i know when the job is well done! Thank you

Hands down this is the best place for alterations and dry cleaning services. I grew up in this neighborhood and the reputation for Krystal cleaners has always been excellent. This is a family establishment and has been at the same location for decades. The quality of their work and their customer service is A++. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

If you want we'll done dry clean come here. If you want to be treated professionally with respect as the customer you are DON'T. I've come here for a few years now and the man at the front is always rude. Although wearing a mask is a drag and we are all going through hell during this pandemic, businesses need customers to survive. Most of us are on edge right now, that's why kindness is so important but with this guy kindness doesn't exist, not even for the customers that are contributing to his business.

Very good cleaning company! They are very nice and welcoming, fast, not expansive and the quality of the work is just perfect, I was not expecting that I can save my coat(it is not natural suede and there was a huge stain from pepsi on it), but I had no choice rather than taking it to dry clean, they warned me that it might not work, but they did a great job, so now my coat looks like a brand new one

Absolutely love this place. The couple that runs the shop is wonderful. So sweet! I've had dry cleaning and tailoring done here--both are fantastic. Good prices and the end result is really great. I wish there was a bit of a faster turn around for dry cleaning, but what can you do? Too many suits, too little time. Thank you!
