This review is long overdue. Arman at Klon-Dike Jewelry is my personal jeweler because when I was looking for an old-school Figaro chain in 18K, he was able to get me one in a few days at an incredible price. Usually I don't like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable I've ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.

If you want a special piece of jewelry and not some run of the mill piece that somebody happens to have in stock then you need to make Arman at Klon-Dike Jewelry your personal jeweler. I have special ordered an 18K Figaro chain in the exact size I wanted and Klon-Dike got it for me in a few days at a really great price. My mother in law worked at the downtown jewelry district for many years and she was blown away by the quality and price. I've since purchased an 18K gold ring and was able to specify the width of the band and thickness. It is the most comfortable band I've ever worn at an excellent price. FIVE STARS for quality, customer service, and value.

Diamonds are forever and so is the amazing feeling I get from the services and friendliness here at Klon-Dike Jewelers! I came here because my fiancés family used to visit another jeweler in the same mart but unfortunately they were gone when we returned, but as they say when one door closes another Diamond gets sold! Lol. I am so thankful and happy to say that Arman and his family are incredibly lovely people. My girlfriend (at the time) and I came in to clean a ring and at the same time I was eye'ing an engagement ring. I then came back on my own and was treated with the best service and knowledge about diamonds and rings! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, Arman and his family gave me a great deal on my engagement ring and wedding ring. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of so much so that we came back to purchase my wedding ring. Every time we are greeted with such excitement and love that it makes driving all the way from the west side not a burden at all even when driving at 5pm rush hour in LOS ANGELES. On top of all this any time we had a small adjustment to make on a piece of jewelry they would turn around and do it with a smile. Thank you Arman and Family you guys have made the wedding ring purchase process such a joy and pleasure as it should be but even more and beyond. I look forward to coming back over and over and being greeted with the same "Alzateeeeee" which is my old last name but I love it all the same!

Arman was the best!!! I told him what kind of diamond I was looking for and how I wanted my engagement ring for my future wife to look. He made it exactly how I wanted, got the most beautiful diamond for the center piece and had it all done in like 2 weeks!! Amazing service, family owned and run. Klon-Dike Jewelers are very professional, friendly, and they strive to meet their customers' needs. Arman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of an engagement ring. I was looking for both an engagement ring as well as the diamond to go with it. Arman was extremely helpful and informative and taught me exactly what to look for in every aspect of my search. He also made me a custom ring exactly how I wanted it. It came out beautifully and my now fiancé is in love with it. I highly recommend coming here as Arman and his family are wonderful and helpful people!

AMAZING. We brought in some inspiration photos to create my dream ring and they were very confident they could make what I was looking for. They sent a digital mock up of the ring and my now fiancee was updated on every step! I was super nervous that I wasn't going to see the final ring before the proposal to make adjustments but NO ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED ITS PERFECT. They totally understood my vision and its the most perfect ring I could ask for. I will return to get wedding bands!

THE BEST!! I took in my mother in laws diamonds and Armand helped me think of a design and helped me with all the details of the process. I now have my perfect ring! As well as a necklace! Plus, he said it would be done in 3/4 weeks and it only took 12 days! Talk about a great surprise! 10/10 recommend for handling all your jewelry needs.
