Do not shop at this jewelry store. They have a very bad customer service. I walked in today asking if they could do a courtesy cleaning on my wedding band/wedding diamond that my husband and I purchased there in December 2020. I was told by the manager that she couldn't do that because she couldn't find records on her computer that we purchased it there. Very ironic that in December 2020 she or another worker volunteered to clean my previous old wedding ring from Robin Brothers But their own product wouldn't clean it for me today. Very disappointing experience and never again will buy anything from Kevin jewelry. I was even considering on upgrading my diamond size. They do not stand by their word of "whenever you are at the mall stop by and we will clean it for you". I got the sense that if I was Armenian I would had received a better service. Like I said customer service is really bad.

watch was not taken back. It was said that we could change some spare part, but we refused to change it to another product.
The watch I just bought was not returned. They said that we could change some spare part, but they insisted that we exchange it for another product.
The watch I bought from them for $450 on Amazon is $300. stay away from this store.

I hope I could give negative stars.If you ever gotten any jewelry from here, please get it checked, I guarantee you it will be a least a $1,000.00 less than what you've paid for. In my case Ive paid over $7,000.00 and after I gave it to an expert to exam the ring, turns out it's only worth 2 to 3 thousand max. The certificate they gave me with the ring has a completely different ring pictured on it. Ive got the ring analyzed and they have underlined that the ring is not the same ring as the one they sold me. Now they're not taking the ring back saying it's final sell.Please stay away from this company, they are liars and unprofessionals.

I was told I couldn’t take photos of the engagement ring I was looking to buy. I showed the employee a picture of my girlfriend’s finger with that ring on it in YOUR store. But when I went to take a photo of the ring you showed me (not the ring I wanted and quoted way more expensive than before) you tell me no photos?! No photo, no good, no sale. Shop somewhere else.
