I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Kkara bapla's online store, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The website is user-friendly and beautifully designed, making it easy to browse through their extensive selection of flowers and arrangements. Take business elsewhere, highway robbery! The flowers were not fresh and they charged us $100 for a $50 arrangement When our coworker picked it up she said this is not a $00 flower arrangement. The store owner said well this is what you get for one hundred dollars at our store! Bruised flowers and a few hydrangeas! The store owner lost a lot of business for a retirement party event since we had over 70 attendees and we let them all know not to go to Kara Bala!

I never write bad reviews for any business because I know how hard people work to please their customers but this was just unbelievable. I was in glendale looking for a decent flower shop to order a nice arrangement with a reasonable price and it was the biggest mistake to have come across this shop. I know flower arrangements are above the roof, but cmon guys this is your Mother's Day bouquet (mind you, with the wrong wrapping, that I had chosen). A flower shop that rips off their customers. Please turn away from this overpriced, unprofessional flower shop. False advertisement. This is what you will be delivered. A plain, grocery shop like bouquet. If I could give zero stars I would.

do not ever buy flowers from this place!!!!!!! ive bought many many bouquets from different places but i have never seen anything like this from a "flower shop". even ralphs has nice bouquets. this is ridiculous!!!!! i am just shocked!

You ruined my Valentine's Day. My husband paid for the flowers and you never delivered it today as promised. And this lady owner, her name is EMMA was very rude, she just said "I'm very busy" with no explanation why the flowers were not delivered today. She just said "I'm very busy no time to talk". Very unprofessional and incompetent. She ruined my Valentine's Day, she shouldn't be in any kind of business coz she doesn't know the word professionalism and customer service. We will never order flowers from this place EVER AGAIN! And on top of that, the owner is a liar. She told my husband the flowers were on the way around 10-11 am. But guess what, no Flowers showed up today and she just said "oh we will just deliver tomorrow". Well Emma, tomorrow is not valentine's anymore. What a LIAR! You're so good in ruining celebrations. Epic. Clap clap clap. So peeps, please save yourselves from this flower shop. You will thank me later.
