Don’t bother with this location. Had confirmed appointment and blamed Goodyear for not ordering tires for a confirmed installation. But sign says Just Tires is Goodyear.

Great service. I was greeted with my tire concern. It was fixed and since it was a simple repair they didn’t charge me. Wonderful place to take your car.

Note to owner: I usually like this place but my dad recently had a bad experience with the worst customer service from Adi. When my dad went Adi right away said he didn’t have the tire and then my dad said well I have a spare if you could just help me change it and Adi said they didn’t have the tools. How could a place specifically for changing tires not have the tools to change a tire. That’s was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Terrible service. They will see you waiting and ignore you. I waited an extra, probably, 45 mins because no one told me my car was ready. Employees were horsing around in the back. The woman at the front desk didn’t even apologize for not letting me know my car was ready and wasting my time.

Beware... terrible customer service! I called because I had a nail in my tire. Over the phone, I was questioned about the location of the nail, and after verifying it was fixable, I was told to bring my car down to get the tire fixed. I drove on a flat tire and arrived within 15 minutes of the call. I walked up to 3 technicians twiddling their thumbs by the computer, and 1 of them approached me to help. I explained the situation and was told by the technician they couldn't help me that day. He said he didn't know who told me they could, but that they needed the last 2 hours of the day to service the last appointment.....that wasn't even there yet. I dont know how this place makes money if it takes 3 technicians 2 hours to service 1 car. In the end, I was offered to fill my tire with air for free and a pat on the back as I drove away with a flat tire. My advice for anyone needing their service is to get confirmation in writing before taking your car there.

Made an appointment at 6pm for oil change since they close at 8pm and I get off work at that time,
but when I showed up they said they stop working at 5pm? Change your hours if that is the case and don't give the option to book appointments if yall close early. Besides that the workers were sitting talking and one was vaping in the bay. Ended up going to valvoline which turned out cheaper and they had good service.

I am not too sure about their prices as I have not purchased tires in a long time, but they were correct to recommend that I replace all 4 tires, not just the one that disintegrated. Also, they were only one of 2 tire shops open in central Glendale on a Sunday afternoon.

Returning to my suv after a 3 hour drive and a visit to Griffith Observatory I was met with a flat. After doing a Google search I called several places and they either didn't have my size tire or were about to close. Just tires got me back on the road in no time even though they were about to close. They really saved my trip. THANK YOU

This is the worst place I've been, it seems like the staff are angry and offended, they did a car inspection for me for 40 minutes, and the car was new, and they also put a price tag of $80 for it.

Walked in within business hours 7:15 pm because I had flat tire. They told me they were no longer working on vehicles. If that’s the case just change business hours to closed. Saw one of the technicians pretty much run to tell cashier not to take any more cars. Didn’t even acknowledge us

Terrible service. I have a Turo account. Took my car to the inspection, they wrote wrong license plate number and refused to fix that. I wasted a lot of time on them, Very fair situation.

Everyone was very nice, they worked quickly (less than two hours on a Saturday) and gave me a good deal. Will definitely go back in the future
