Horrible customer service, everyone is rude, no one is helpful, the bakery has the worst service ever and everyone who works there is there to only scoff at you and insult you, never to help you. Never coming back after this.

Wish I could give this place a zero I've been going here for years and they've seemed to never change always racist if your not ARMENIAN don't come here because they will treat u like ur a different species. This lady dumped out all of my groceries at the self check out and I didn't "steal" a thing. I went to talk to the manager and automatically she was defensive. Not even caring about my feelings and how her employees made me feel she couldn't even take accountability.

By now we know that you don't go to Jons for their excellent customer service, but what bothered me was that an older lady, with an obvious wrist issue asked, very kindly, for the cashier to help her with putting in heavy mandarins in a bag and all the cashier (Elizabeth) did was give her a dirty look and throw in the produce, leaving most of it out, I had to help her with the rest! she looked like she was ready to murder anyone who spoke with her...Treatment like that, especially towards the elderly is unacceptable! probably our last visit there!
