It was our forth time working with Marine and we've had beyond excellent experience with her each and every time! She found our dream home, took us in to see the property literally an hour after it was listed. Considering the competitive market and the property being in one of the most desirable areas, I thought we had no chance to bit 10 + offers. But Marine went above and beyond, worked nights and days to make sure we get it. She is very knowledgable, hard working, detail oriented and professional. Contacted her months ago about a location that I need and worked with her coworker. Which was absolutely a disaster. Then when I left a bad review then Marine called me and said his coworker has left and she will help me personally about this issue, as long as I remove my bad review. Months have passed and I still haven't heard back from her, very disappointed and won't recommend it her to anyone.

My wife and I were looking for a house for couple of months in 2020 when covid hit. We had very specific house requirements and it was getting really tough to find a home which meets them. Marine contacted us through one of our requests on some realtor website and offered to help us. One of our requirements was that house should be newly constructed with a specific front gate direction. This was a extremely rare to find in Los Angeles city. Marine worked tirelessly to find a home which fulfill all our requirements. In some cases even if house met the requirements, there were other factors like distance to work or area which stopped us from proceeding. After couple of months we started to lose hope but Marine was very patient and continued to find new listings for us. Finally the day came and we got the perfect home we were looking for. As soon as we said yes, Marine was able to strike a deal with the seller quickly and got us in escrow within a week. She continued to guide us throughout the escrow process and even later if we had any questions. Marine is a great agent and I will definitely hire her again if I need to buy another property in the future.

Marine was absolutely amazing! We made the decision to move somewhat quickly and Marine was so understanding of our situation. She spent time listening to why we were moving, our timeframe, and our love for the home we were selling. It was such a pleasure working with Marine to find my first home. We looked at over 30 homes and carefully reviewed each ones pros and cons to make sure I picked the best one for my needs. She helped answer a ton of questions about both the home buying process and a ton of questions about remodeling, design, and many other topics. She also fought and supported a lot of negotiations with the buyers so I could maximize my purchase.It was so refreshing working with someone who just simplified everything and relieved a lot of the concerns and tensions with this whole process. I look forward to working with her for my future buys.

Well I don't know about seafood. There's always a chance crabs could become mutants, stomp out of the water and come seeking revenge for the loss of their relatives. That said, this place reminds me of Sizzler! Oooh! Sizzler! Now there's some good eats! I'll bet if you coated the entire outside of the restaurant with the smell of garlic toast, people will stampede this place! But in a good way...
